This store is the epitome of what a restaurant owner or any other business owner would want their employees to emulate!!! I go to this store specifically 5-7 days a week . Coming from Georgia, this CFA is the closest thing I can get to back home and the service doesn’t get better than this. I’ve been coming for breakfast lately, and Jasmine has brought a smile to my face each day. Her energy exemplifies CFA customer service. If she hasn’t gotten a raise; I think it should be considered.
I had to park at a handicap spot because it was a busy day and they were literally NO OTHER PARKING SPOTS. My car was parked for less than 5 minutes and when I came my car was on a tow truck. I told the tow truck guy I was picking up an uber delivery order and there were no other spots. He didn’t care and told me I had to pay him 120 dollars for them to offload my vehicle. I asked an employee who was standing outside if they can help me and there were not able to. I got a hold of the manager and while she was nice she didn’t care enough to stand up on my behalf and help me even though the lack of parking spots for delivery drivers are her responsibility. I asked her well what could I do next time and she told me to PARK AT A DIFFERENT RESTAURANT AND WALK OVER TO COME PICK IT UP?!!!!! And then have the nerve to say have a great day afterwards?!! Completely unprofessional and clearly does not deserve the role she has been given. I plan on letting corporate know and suing.
