If I could give them a 0 stars I would. They had me wait for my order in front of the restaurant and once I got home my 30 piece chicken nugget meal was missing. I drove 20 minutes back to be told that they could either replace my food or give me a refund. No apology or taking responsibility for their mistake.

The new drive through is bad. There's always one lane that moves really fast and the other lane that moves really really slow. Onve your order is taken people try to shove in. Twice my order was wrong. I never had this issue before with the old drive through.

The worst drive thru system I have ever seen.

Who ever is on tater tot duty acts like they are invited millions of dollars in the company like how is it every morning I get only 9-12 tots. At least fill up the open space unacceptable lol. You understand the time we in. Imagine paying 10.40 for a meal and realize you got 9 tots. Y’all need to do better

I like chick fila but i don t like their politics, therefore i rarely eat here. Plus it is expensive and they are closed on Sundays. I can not patronize a company that funds & supports hate culture in the US -same as hobby lobby & cracker barrell

The food is still consistent in quality but ever since they shut down for renovations and then reopened, I regularly wait ten to twenty minutes in line whereas before the line always move quickly and efficiently. I’m not sure what changed but it’s definitely putting a damper on my experience

Customer service here is horrible and we will not be back. Spent $60 to get told that they can cut up a chicken patty or do it well done. What happened to making the customer happy? And they serve cold food to people. This place is horrible . Had to wait 15 minutes for our food.

Terrible terrible service one of the worst locations I’ve ever experienced! First of all I placed a delivery order online later I received someone else’s order so I handled it with the third party platform however when I reordered my order and paid a second time this location just sent back my old cold food that was forgotten the last time so my old order that had just been sitting there they sent back after I paid for an entire new order!!! Extremely lazy and poor attention to detail firstly gave the wrong order to the driver and then send the old cold food back for the second time around. Just make the 10 min extra drive to the other location this one clearly lacks training and simple attention to detail.
