I accidentally ordered at the wrong chickfila, and they offered me no help to resolve the issue and told me I had to call the other restaurant, which good luck with that they never answered after like 15 min trying to call them so i had to drive all the way to the other chickfila

Not sure if I should be leaving this review on Google, as I tried calling the number for this specific location but I can’t get through to anyone. You guys have a driver, a young man and he is constantly dropping orders off here at the dealership I work at across the street. Just left one about 10 mins ago. We’ve never said anything just because we thought we should give him some grace , maybe he just didn’t hear us. However EVERY time he comes in, he’s rude, standoffish, and has a terrible attitude. Our staff says “hello! Welcome in, who is the order for?” He refuses to say ANYTHING , puts down the order, and walks right back out. We say have a good day, never even glances back. You guys have another gal who also does deliveries and she is lovely! Super happy, chipper girl who upholds your guys standard of service. This other kid though, is the complete opposite.

Worst Chick-fil-A ever. The manager at this establishment is mean and runs this Chick-fil-A like a high security prison. They have you driving and making a order at the same time. Making Uber eats customers wait outside for orders is stupid also. They act as if they don't want customers. Phoenix AZ a whole has bad customer service but this Chick-fil-A surpasses all levels of foolishness.

I can't eat breading. I specifically told "Maren", the order taker, that I wanted the grilled chicken on my Cobb salad, and no corn. What do I get? Deep fried breaded chicken. I'm tired of workers not caring to be accurate. I think I told her twice, but no one cares anymore in the service industry. Next time I'll go to Salad &Go, Salad and Go has great salads! And they're a lot less expensive than chick fil A.

This was by far the worst chicken I’ve had at Chick Fil A, super dry, you could tell from looking at it it had been under the heat lamp. Quality was less than 0, the nuggets were not consumable due to have dry they were.
