Amazing experience! Food came out really fast and staff is super nice and professional! Really wanted to point out how sweet and great Sophia was! I finished eating and she walked up to me and wanted to make sure I got a refill before I left and I thought that was quite generous!

It’s chik fil a we all know the food is great. The prices are reasonable in today’s economy. My favorite part about chik fil a is the employees attitudes they are always happy and smiling. Food always taste better with a real smile. Maybe that’s our brain feeling comfortable and diverting more power to our sense of taste.
Oh yeah they saw me coming from aways and made sure to hold the door open for me! That made my day!

I love their food, but every time I come to any Chick-fil-A. It's the same thing😔I ask for 4 or 8 honey roasted barbecue sauces, just for me...4 for lunch or 8 for dinner. I would come to Chick-fil-A for both lunch & dinner sometimes🫡I wouldn't ask for any other sauces or dressings. We have both Chick-fil-A & avocado lime dressing on stand by at the house...we poppin bottles😂so if anyone from Chick-fil-A comes across this...1st I'm sorry about the novel😂2end just put the honey roasted barbecue in a bottle & sell it at your restaurant or market...please🙏I hope this helps. If you don't want to work then don't! My favorite restaurant and had such a bad experience. So close to my house and never had an issue. I guess these are newbies or I don't know. Will take my family to a different location. I understand people have bad days but you guys need better customer service it's early in the morning and I walk into this depressing and rude restaurant.
Walked in with my family and ordered two kids meals and two number 6 lunch meals. No one said my pleasure I guess they’re not doing that anymore? Anyways it felt as if they had no manners. I got my order and off the bat, I got the wrong order. Not too of a big deal but when I go ask for the correct items I am given attitude by all of the front. They tell me I ordered what they gave me and made me feel like I was in the wrong. They “fixed” it and gave me cold food and unmelted cheese. Felt like they poured a whole container of salt on fries. Worst experience, I will look for a difference location.

I really like the chicken sandwich. Somehow the staff ALWAYS misses something at the drive through (missing granola packet frozen yoghurt fruit parfait, missing utensils, missing condiments). Every time. I have to perform quality control myself in the drive through every time. I order using the app, so everything I order is printed on the order tags stuck to the bags.

Sat at drive-thru window for approximately 2 minutes without being greeted, drove forward to the payment taker and told him no one ever came through the ordering window. He radioed the employees inside and asked if he should take my order to which they replied no, I would need to go back through the drive-thru to have my order taken. To which I replied absolutely not. So I sat in the drive-thru lane, stuck behind people who got to order just to exit as no one could seem to take my order. Absolutely will not be coming back
