I came here to pickup Ice Cream and food even though in my app it said ready for pickup they said they can't find the order after they said I see and it disappeared it took a while for them to find it I had to wait longer than what it supposed to be and I said ice cream in a cup they came with cone I hope they check what I ordered and make it other than that location is clean and nice.

Ran my bank card for incorrect amount. My bank charged me 2 decline fees. Only $1.10 but it was because they ran my card for more than authorized. Didn't offer to make it right. I have filed a formal complaint to corporate. They were very dismissive and didn't care at all.
