I went through the drive-thru today with my mom and we honestly couldn’t appreciate the help we got from one of your workers, Simina, enough. She was super polite and had a smile on her face the whole time. She helped us so kindly and even reminded us by asking, “Do you have the app to scan?” which we always forget. She was patient, friendly, and just made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the customers. It’s rare to see customer service like that nowadays, and she truly made our visit better. Simina is a great example of excellent customer service, and we will definitely remember this experience because of her!

Everyone at this Chick-fil-A is always super friendly! Service is fast and the place is always clean. Even though it’s next to the freeway it’s well maintained and doesn’t feel like you’re being rushed. Cashiers are friendly.

Went inside at 4:05 pm, not busy. Ordered a #1 to go. Waited over 10 minutes only to find out they had put my order with Doordash pick-ups. I asked if it was now cold, told it wasn't. It was. Had to reheat in microwave. Not worth $11.

Stringy chicken strips and stale cookies. Very slow order takers. Very unsatisfactory visit
Went through the drive through. Was quick and convenient versus other locations. This location also had much better chicken than other locations. It was better seasoned and were crispy but still tender. Also the fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked. Staff was friendly as usual at Chick-fil-A. Anytime I am back out on this side of town, this is the Chick-fil-A I will stop at!

Bruh so I ordered about 15 minutes before two other people came and ordered and they received their food before I did…. I went to go and check and see what was wrong and they told me my name wasn’t in the “system” yet 😐

I have never ordered from drive thur before , told the employee that . I said I would like to get something to feed 3 people , something like 12 tenders and fries . He told Me that would be 16+ dollars , ok no problem , drive up ,call my name with out checking my order , drive home . I open order ,I have 12 burnt nuggets ( not tenders ) with! I tried 2 nuggets, spit them out ! I will never order or go thereagain
