I went to this chic fil A because it was closest to my doctors appointment. It will be my last time I go to this location because the one on Mayo Blvd has always met my expectations as a Chick-fil-A company always strives to have. The horrible experience started from the moment the girl taking my order seemed in La La land and was so spaced I had to prompt her on my order… I received my food and noticed I had fuzzies all over my fries… I was at this point driving and had indulged in some fries without noticing it! YUCK! And to add to it the fries tasted old, as if they were rewarded from previous day… the chicken sandwich was flat and the bread was burned. I will NOT be returning to this location.

The food is amazing, but do expect long lines at the drive-through. The chicken always tastes amazing, and the sauce is absolutely out of this world. I definitely recommend this place.

Been a signature member since covid and after today I'm done ordering from this location. Incorrect orders is the biggest issue. Then getting credited for anything is basically a waste of my time. I call in and they say they have a certain person that handles the credit and I have to wait for them to credit me. I call in and they say that person has been off, but they will make sure I get the credit. Then all this repeats like ground hog day. The other issue is with door dash. If something happens to the item you used points to get good luck getting that credit. Every time I call I'm extremely nice to them on the phone. This location was so great during covid. Food always hot no mistakes, the staff was incredible. They did all the delivery in their own cars. What happened? why the bad service?

I don’t need to convince anyone that Chick-fil-A is amazing, but shout out to the kindhearted person who took care of me this morning (very short hair, sadly, I didn’t catch a name). I hope you see this and know you are so appreciated and made my day much better with your thoughtful service. This company is blessed to have you!
Side note: I loved the little hand sanitizing wipe in the bag. Very happy customer :)

I’m seriously so tired of them forgetting my gluten free bun. It ruins my entire meal as I’m not going to eat a slice of grilled chicken when I order a sandwich. Will be going to other locations from here on out.

I thought you guys were all about customer service.

I went inside to pick up an Uber having never been at this store. The place was dead after the workday breakfast rush and four cashiers basically stared at me from behind the counter. One finally came over, who I think was more of a manager type and directed me to go outside and around the corner to the walk-up window. Fine.

The same worker then ended up handing me the food immediately after another I came up behind another driver who had just barely beaten me. While I guess that in general you'd want to steer traffic that way and inform me that it's there for the future, I fail to see why I should be forced to do the extra walking when it could have readily been handed to me inside.

I've had a few bad experiences at this location unfortunately..recently went through the drive through had a great employee take my order ..paid and waited to get my food however for some reason didn't have my order in the system ?
I waited until I finnally said I havnt recieved my food, she asked my name 4 times ..and if I placed my order inside,after paying and waiting in the drive through for over 20 min..
They said we don't have your order sir..I said please let me go and talk to the employee that took my order..I showed my reciept in my cell phone yransaction to prove I just paid!
I had to re place my order which ended up incorrect in the end. Most Chik fillets are great..been going to chil fillet since I was a kid at the first location in the valley at Meteo center.
Unfortunately there service has gone down hill. Would not recommend this location.

Whether dining in or using the drive-thru, you can expect speed, efficiency, and a smile every time. The restaurants are always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming.
