Love chickfila but this is second time i got issues with my food and this time around my food arrived cold, had to warm it up in the microwave..i thought id try the new pretzel chicken sandwich it tasted alright nothing too special, im writing this because it sucks doordash wont do anything bout it.
Clean and staff is very friendly. Play area is a decent size for little ones to get energy out. Tables and chairs were not sticky, which is great for a fast food chain. The staff uses bacterial wipes on most surfaces. Good place to grab a quick dinner or for kids to play while you eat.
The meal provided was quite enjoyable and met my expectations for quality. The staff members were attentive and performed their duties competently. Overall, the experience was satisfactory and aligned with what I anticipated. It was a pleasant experience, and I appreciate the efforts of the team. I am pleased with the service and the food.
