This was an amazing place prior to the rebuild. Since, I have been 5 times. Every time, my order is wrong, missing items, cold, always something. Tonight there were 8 staff standing around while I pulled up to the drive thru doors. 5 were directly at the drive thru window, yet my order was missing items, the nuggets were almost cold, and all the employees were joking around, talking, no one cared to remember a straw, and as you can see by the attached, gave me any sauce there was, but the ones which I requested. This place was a regular stop for us with kids. Now the food taste is off, cold, service is horrible, kids act like they are at recess, and they cannot get anything right. Managemet you are doing a horrible job. Hire kids fine, get ones that were like the prior staff and made Chick-Fil-A the place to go.

I’m really disappointed in this chick fil a, I was in the drive thru and I watched my drinks go into another person car and was touched by another person, and was immediately given to me without being remade. This isn’t okay. I’ve worked in fast food for many years and I was always taught if you hand out the wrong order you’re not allowed to take it back especially after covid 19. This is disgusting. The girl did not want to remake them and the manager Caleb was being very disrespectful, didn’t even want to talk to me and make my order right! He completely ignored me and said to the employee “we don’t do that for drinks”. I hope that this can be resolved and the company can instruct their employees about food safety and handling.

I used to go to this Chick-fil-A because I can get anything off the menu now they said you can't get anything off the lunch menu until 1030. I'm very disappointed because all Chick-fil-A's are different. I used to like this one. It's too bad. I thought it was about Customer Service and the sad part. Is they used to do it?

Now that it has been opened back up after construction, the wait is non existent. I have to assume that will soon change though once people realize it is re opened.

Great First Day Back!
We visited Chick-fil-A on their first day reopening after months of remodeling, and it was absolutely worth the wait. The restaurant looks beautiful — very clean, updated, and much more open.
The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. I went back up to order more fries, and Denis at the counter even remembered my name, which really stood out. The service and food were both excellent, and I’m so glad they’re open again.
Highly recommend stopping by — they’re off to a great start!
