Disgraceful management and customer service. On May 24, 2025, at 6:30 a.m., I experienced an appalling level of incompetence and disrespect from the self-proclaimed general manager. Despite the lobby and drive-thru being completely empty, my already-paid delivery order had not been prepared even 15 minutes after it was placed.
What made the situation truly unacceptable was the manager's response when I followed her own instruction to confirm the order. After making me wait for five minutes, she demanded I confirm the details—then acted irritated, dismissive, and downright demeaning when I did so directly to her face. The hostility and arrogance she displayed were not only unprofessional, but entirely unprovoked.
Even worse, this location prioritizes walk-in customers who haven’t even ordered yet over those who have already paid—an inexcusable practice that shows a complete disregard for basic service principles.
This manager’s shameless attitude and obliviousness reflect a severe lack of accountability and training. A deeply disappointing experience

Swallowed a mouthful of coffee grounds (see photo) and immediately became sick — almost injured myself in the process. Manager’s response? Just a free coffee credit. Totally unacceptable and dangerous experience.

The Customer Service is off the charts outstanding. Everyone always has a smile on their face and is more than willing to go the extra mile. Out of all of the fast food places Chick-fil-A is the benchmark standard of how ideal Customer Service should be. Even observing the employs while I’m eating my food it’s blatantly obvious the employees are happy to be there. I’m totally in love with the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich. You just can’t go wrong with that. It’s always delectable.
The Person who took our order was great. Very kind and attentive. The chicken stips in all honesty were good but I feel Popeyes chicken strips are better. At least according to my wife.😂
