I've been on a Chick-fil-A kick recently and the food is always so amazing. The service is always really good, too. Aside from sometimes no one acknowledges me when I'm at the pickup counter until I say something. But the staff is always super nice and friendly. The atmosphere to me is just like most really busy fast food places. Usually full inside and outside. I really don't like the ones that don't have a drive up line specifically for pickup orders, though. I have to wait in the long car lines with people who are ordering food, just to sit there and wait until the end when they finally give me my food. That's why I don't bother with picking up in the drive through lanes. Much easier and faster to go inside and pick it up.
