Can never find my orders, and waited over 20 mins for an order they said I never placed for them to just get it wrong again. I’d like a refund. Customer service is always subpar and they never know what they are doing.

It’s five star fast food - service is fantastic, never had a problem with my order, food is hot and yummy, and free refills on iced tea. What’s not to love? I only wish their sauces weren’t corn syrup in disguise. But I get it…This is a once-in-a-while guilty pleasure that satisfies.??

A certain manager refuses to allow his employees to take a break a few hours into their shift….. when does this become a civil rights issue… working an 8 hour shift only to take a break ONE hour into their shift when the break is not need then working 7 hours straight just because we need the breaks to over with is absolutely horrible and will result in exhausted employees. When employees do speak up they are met with “ you just want to have fun on your break while we are stressed” absolutely insane and disgusting to make employees feel bad for something they have a right to.

It's more than just the food it's the people you encounter there. So I order my chicken mini 10 pieces for my breakfast which I'm sharing with my StBernard who is in the backseat of the car. Everyone at Chic fil A wants to come out and meet him we are in the drive through. My point is it's real people who express real emotions that make your experience at that location so wonderful Thank u Chic fil A....Love you all!!
