We visit chic-fil-A on March 14,2025 around 11am or 12 noon, There was a female upfront on cashier she was kinda rude to us an got our order all mixed up. Then when we clear it up she said we needed to pay more money, we had just paid like 31.00 for a small meal for 2. The female cashier did not seem to like us as customers. Maybe our skin was to dark for her or she was just wrong for the job. Thanks

Food was great however a dolly was being stored in their open play place. Luckily I spotted it before my son did and was able to have it removed. But that is super unsafe to have in the kids play space.

The Director Nathan helped get my order right. I wanted a freshly fried made to order sandwich. He made sure it was exactly that. The pimento chx sandwich was hot, crispy, fresh!

This was hands-down the greatest fast food experience I have ever had. I don’t really know where to start. The customer service was immaculate. Marian, Lizzy and Andolfi (hopefully I got the names right!) were three employees who ensured that my dining experience exceeded expectations. They didn’t just get my food, they SERVED it. They made certain to consistently make sure I had what I wanted. And as for the rest at front counter - I was impressed to no end with the manners and consistent kindness. When it comes to the chef crew (I got to meet a few to thank them for the job they did with my food), I would like to personally thank Raymond, Autumn and Edward for keeping the food hot and fresh all the way to when I ate it - and that’s not even to mention the rest of them. I was surprised to find that the food actually looked like the pictures haha! I forgot to take pictures during my meal or else I would post them here.
Thank you to everyone there again!!! 10/10 would recommend without hesitation and I will be back for more ?.

The absolute chaos of these locations is not worth it. The continual onslaught of reminders that they presume that I as a delivery driver am most likely a thief will also keep me away as a customer.

Worst customer service e, I had an online order and ot said my food was ready, went to pick it up and waited over 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Then was told had to wait 7 more minutes for my food when 3 people came in ordered right there and got their food before me. highly disappointed
