Food was mediocre. Server was very inattentive. Table was dirty when we sat. Menus were sticky. Divider was disgusting. Hadn't eaten at a Chilis in 2 years. Super disappointed

I recently visited the Chili’s on 75th Ave for a takeout order after receiving an automated text that my food was ready. Upon arriving, I positioned myself in the designated waiting area, expecting a quick handoff. Despite this, and the area not being busy, the service was notably lacking. Over a span of at least 10 minutes, five different servers passed by without acknowledging my presence or that of another customer waiting alongside me. One server alone walked by six times, and the bar manager made eye contact multiple times, yet no one offered any assistance or updates on our orders.
This lack of engagement from the staff gave the impression that no one wanted to take responsibility or even work, which should never be the customer’s issue to bear. Thankfully, Tony eventually noticed us and stepped in to provide the assistance we needed, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy that was sorely missing otherwise.
While I appreciate Tony’s efforts, the initial lack of service from the rest of the staff was a major letdown. It’s crucial that customer service training at this location be improved to ensure that staff recognize and promptly assist customers, especially those who have been notified that their orders are ready. Every customer deserves to be treated with attentiveness and respect.

I rated it a 4 only bcuz COVID has left me w/a partial loss of my taste buds. I went there primarily for the burger 🍔 they advertised. I'm sure it was better than I rated it but I had to go w/a 4 & that was being generous. Like I said,my taste buds hav screwed up a lot of my meals.

Tried to come in for food and drinks, sat down at the bar and noone was around. After a while I spotted someone that works but never acknowledged me until I started walking out but at that point it was too long and lost my appetite. They need to work on customer service instead of not being around or ignoring customers

So I used to have a positive review until I went back to order the drink I like with light ice. U guys give your customers realistically only half a drink, fill it with ice so it looks" full" and charge them 10 dollars that's called ripping customers off. I brought this up to your staff and they admitted this is what chilis does to this drink. I went to apple bees tonight and ordered a huge drink with no ice for 7.75. U guys are getting beat across the street, I don't care how much I like your Mozzarella sticks I'm going across the street now because I'm not ok with a company ripping me off. Good grief.
