I'm just writing this review due to the experience my husband and I had. The food and drinks and atmosphere was great, like always. The service was awful. Our service was the worst I've ever had. My husband and I are a Hispanic couple. I'm a brown woman, and he's light skinned. Well, when she saw us, she was hesitant to service us. She didn't introduce herself at all. She took our drink order and 10 mins our food order. A white group sat behind us, and she introduced herself and was friendly and offering appetizers to them, and her tone was night and day between us and the group. Our food order came up, and she dropped my food on the table, and my husband's was placed. I was so upset and tearing up because I felt profiled. My husband asked for To-go boxes, and she totally ignored him walking away. Then comes back and leaves 2 boxes and walks away to the table behind us and being friendly and taking their order. My husband walked away to the car, and I stayed to talk to a manager. The manager was very understanding and has seen us at this chili's before. We will be going back but not having that server.

I'm kind of shocked at Chili's. My original experience was terrible, so to come back 4 years later and things are completely better is astounding. Customer service was great and attentive. The food came out fresh and hot, and they refilled and replaced food without being prompted. I even told the waiter that she was awesome and left a good tip. Will be coming back! Shoutout to the veteran bartender at the bar!!!

Had the Ribeye steak. I ordered my food through Doordash. The steak was cooked hard and not of the temperature that I ordered it. Not good at all. Told by manager that I'd be sent a gift carded discount via email for my inconvenience...haven't seen it yet! It'll be a while before I'd order anything from them. A steak's quality can change, but integrity goes a long way.

We stop here regularly before concerts. In the recent past, the service has been almost nonexistent. I think they've changed the requirements and now have servers!The food is pretty consistent and always good. The beer is cold, so that always a plus.I would recommend you trying it, as we have several times now.
