Five stars for service for Gio who is a new hire and was taking care of us but we learned from another employee there that he isn’t getting ANY tips because he is in training and the person that was walking around with him gets all the tips even though he was the one doing all the work… I felt so bad cause he was doing an amazing job without the person who was just standing there “helping” him. We took our tip back since it wasn’t going to him. 🙁

Much better, Chili's. This location can be hit or miss. Sometimes I feel welcome, other times, not so much. Today's visit was great. I went in for a late lunch. I was greeted and seated right away. My server was very attentive. My food was good, hot, and fresh. I was in and out in 45 mins.

We originally stopped at the Arrowhead location. But it was packed inside, and had nearly 40 people waiting outside. This Metro enter location was the next closest so we came here. It was a good decision. They were busy, but had tables open. The building is new, and a fresh change from the original designs and decor. The service and staff were some of the best and nicest we have had, anywhere. And the food was all very good! Metro is a bit further away from us, but we will definitely be returning to this location.
And that Coffee Martini was really good!
To the manager, thank you for having a great group and such a nice location. The restrooms were nearly spotless at 8pm!

Major issues with this order: • Missing two orders of fries • Blackberry tea had no blackberry or ice • Loaded mashed potatoes had tomato chunks • Mac and cheese had toppings added even though it was supposed to be plain (kid wouldn’t eat it) • Entire order arrived cold • Cup of soup was under 3 oz 🤦 • Delivery instructions ignored, driver banging on door nonstop woke the baby
I honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this experience was so far off the mark that it needs to be addressed — especially considering how many things went wrong at once.
I took photos because I could hardly believe the order I received. Both Steak House Combos were missing fries. The mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes somehow had tomato chunks and other toppings added, even though I ordered them plain, and my kid wouldn’t touch them. The cup of soup was so tiny that I actually measured it and it was just under 3 oz. And the blackberry tea didn’t have any blackberry in it at all.
On top of all that, every single item arrived cold. The strangest part? The driver showed up to Chili’s before the order was even ready, then sat there for quite a while before finally leaving — so I have no idea how the food still arrived ice cold.
But the worst part was that my delivery instructions were completely ignored. I asked for the food to be left at the door because the baby was sleeping. Instead, the driver repeatedly banged on the door, which made the dog freak out and woke the baby up.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish, and I truly hope the location sees this and improves their accuracy, food quality, and delivery handling.

Placed an order through the Chili's app. Door Dash driver dropped order at me door. Of course the driver didn't verify it was actually my order...it wasn't. He was giving the wrong one. I called and spoke with Mike who's the manager of this particular Chili's. He apologized for the mistake on their end offered a refund or remake the order for me. This guy is exactly what a manager should be, no run around no b.s. it's a 5 min drive for me so I offered to pick it up. Upon arrival was met by Mike with a handshake and another apology and to my complete surprise a full refund. Mike and the Metro Center Chili's location crew made a simple mistake but I personally appreciate how you handled it and that's why I will definitely be returning and recommending this particular Chili's to anyone who enjoys Chili's and great service. Thank you again Mike I appreciate you keep up the amazing service.

I was at the Chili’s today, working through my lunch when the storm came in. The rain caused the power to go out for the entire block. Despite this, the service was impeccable, our food still arrived, and because of the power outage, our meal was on the house! Thank you for taking care of your customers. Everything was delicious and amazing.

No Chili at Chili's!? Are you kidding me? I drove all the way there for a chili burger! To add insult to injury they no longer have root beer. Ugh. I gotta have root beer with my chili burger. Tonight I got neither.
The beef fajitas tasted and looked like they had been microwaved. Yuck!
The service was very good and the food came out quickly. All the staff were attentive and polite.
I ate the original Chili's in Dallas when it first opened and many more times over the years. They have since lost their way.
