Rudest hostess with no willingness to help. My wife asked for a booth and she said no, we HAD to take a table. I come in and see where she is getting seated and asked for a booth instead because we have an active child and tables he runs around where a booth we can contain him. She said she couldn’t do a booth. I point out around 5 empty booths, can we take one. She again said no, it had to be a table for what ever reason. Next 3 party’s that came in where all sat at booths. Completely ruined the food and experience of the restaurant. Never seen such an incompetent hostess at any restaurant

Disappointed is an understatement. I went here for my birthday and had a great time until the end of the meal. I received a birthday card from my parents and accidentally left it on the table. As soon as I walked out the door I realized that I left it at the table and turned around to grab it. The table was just about to be cleared when I picked it back up and to my surprise in those 2 minutes the gift card inside had been ripped out (it was double-taped inside) Long story short, this location has done nothing but lie and change their story since my visit. Truly the worst customer service. I would not recommend anyone go there especially to celebrate your special day. Not the people I want to support.

If you follow my profile , you will notice that I have visited a lot of different chili's locations all throughout the Phoenix Metro area. There are a lot of reviews as it is one of my favorite chain restaurants of all time . This location seemed to be clean and welcoming. Also the server was very friendly and on top of her game as me and my wife had noticed. However, the wait time on the food we ordered took over 45 minutes to get after the dip from our appetizers got cold. The food was not fresh and my chicken sandwich was delicious but you could tell it had sat out for a while before I received it. The burger was terrible compared to the other locations I have been to and I have been to almost ten different places. The food was cooked the way I ordered it but it was definitely not fresh at all . Considering the waiting and lack of customers there were inside the establishment, this was unacceptable. The rest of the experience was pretty sweet so it must be something with the cooks or lack of communication with staff . I would give it a second chance if I come back but I don't recommend this location over the other ones that I have on my map reviews. There are way too many locations to choose from close by so I would recommend something different or make the extra drive to find a better chili 's. Thank you for the service though . The server was awesome.
We went because my son was turning 21. First, the waitress treated us like he didn't feel like it. I asked them to sing Happy Birthday to him. I asked the waitress and the person who came to ask if everything was okay, but he didn't say anything either. They never sang the song. To be honest, I got disappointed when I saw that other tables did sing.

They forgot my queso in the dip trio when I called the employee said that I need to send the call to the manager and I made 2 attempts and the phone system hung me up both times never got the problem taken care of when pay for something you expect it please make this right always check your order before you leave when you pick up I ven tipped them and they didn't make it right

Went to watch NFL playoffs. Everything was awesome
So I always sit at the bar at this chilis.. I come in tonight… nobody acknowledges me… I sit there for what seems like forever.. then another guy sits down at the bar… they greet him right away .. get his drink order right away… still nobody even says hi to me… finally the gal comes over.. I tell her I want a Coke Zero.. it never comes… then a couple sits down next to me… they get greeted right away.. the other bartender takes there drink order.. makes the drinks … gives it to them… and then takes there order… in the mean time nobody has taken my order and I still don’t even have my drink… I continue just sitting there while everybody else is getting served.. so it been over 10 min now… so I figure they don’t want me here.. so I get up to leave.. as soon as I stand up and start walking out.. a girl put a coke done where I was sitting.. since I was already leaving I didn’t drink it.. I just paid the 3.46 for the coke and gave the girl a 5.00 dollar tip and left. 8.46 cents for sitting there for 15 min and getting nothing. Nice job chilis

Stopped for a quick dinner. After 10 minutes no waitress. Seemingly nice manager took our beverage order. About 5-7 minutes later our drinks were slammed down (quite rudely) on the table. We decided to leave. Do not recommend.

We have been here before but this visit will be our last. Our food arrived after others who came after my family. My meat was cold tough and the taste wasn’t great. My man’s burger was cold and didn’t seem right. Our children’s food wasn’t warm either. Packing up the leftovers to take home after I paid I noticed a small gray hair on my chili lime carne asada. The staff seemed not on best of moods when we went yesterday although the waitress told me they weren’t too busy not sure why our food arrived late and not fresh nor warm. Disappointed as we loved them in the past but now today my mine and I have stomach aches most likely from the bad food
