If you follow my profile , you will notice that I have visited a lot of different chili's locations all throughout the Phoenix Metro area. There are a lot of reviews as it is one of my favorite chain restaurants of all time . This location seemed to be clean and welcoming. Also the server was very friendly and on top of her game as me and my wife had noticed. However, the wait time on the food we ordered took over 45 minutes to get after the dip from our appetizers got cold....

We have been here before but this visit will be our last. Our food arrived after others who came after my family. My meat was cold tough and the taste wasn’t great. My man’s burger was cold and didn’t seem right. Our children’s food wasn’t warm either. Packing up the leftovers to take home after I paid I noticed a small gray hair on my chili lime carne asada. The staff seemed not on best of moods when we went yesterday although the waitress told me they weren’t too...

Whatever Chili's did to "refresh" worked! The food is inspired, super tasty and well worth it. My only complaint is the use of cilantro which is disgusting. The service is usually pretty terrific although at our last visit, our server was not very attentive and missed a couple requests. However, the food is well made and worth the busy environment.
