Ordered a steak medium and it came out well done. It was like trying to eat a piece of leather.

Good food & service. A bit noisy though. The 3 for $10.99 ( appetizer entree, drink) is the best deal in Phoenix, from a favorite limited menu.

Gotta love that "3 for me" deal. Less than what a fast food meal would cost for better quality. It's become a date night frequent rotation.
Parking: Wrap around parking around the building.
Kid-friendliness: Crayons and coloring pages available at the reception
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or ledges, nice easy flat layout

I always have to ask for salt, pepper, sweeteners, etc. And usually don't think of these things until after the food is served and then I have to wait for a busy wait staff to come by again and hope he returns with what was requested before getting distracted by something and forgetting. Covid is over. Leave salt, pepper and sweetener boats on the tables. This is a constant source of irritation.
We stopped in there today at the Paradise Valley location had the mozzarella sticks, the boneless wings, and a mini burgers. They call it a triple something, horrible like something you get in high school cafeteria and even worse the boneless chickenwings were a banquet. Never go back there again

We had a gift card so decided to order take out from Chili’s.
The order was ready very quickly which leads me to believe that the ribs and chicken wings were not fresh but heated up.
The ribs were a little chewy, and not easily pulled apart. Disappointing.
We have not tried the boneless wings yet but they look more like a chunky McNugget.
Salsa that came with the chips tastes likes it’s from a can.
Overall average at best.

Meh. Alas, Chilis is not what it used to be ( i used to live in Dallas and have eaten at the original Greenville Ave location ). They add more to the menu but get rid of classics like the tacos and delicious chicken nachos.
I had the skillet queso which is an original item and it was tasty. That said, the boneless wings were 'Sonic ' quality.
Service was a little slow. They make you pay via this stupid kiosk that will not print a receipt 🤨
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible.

We were previous customers of this location and every time we ordered something would be wrong. We hadn’t been here in about 3 years because of the issues and tonight decided to try it again, thinking that maybe things would be different. We arrived to pick up our online order and waited 20 minutes past our pick up time for them to have our order ready. Then hit a text that it was ready but it was no where to be found and one of the employees said it must have been stolen. She also asked another employee if she had missed it altogether and that employee looked completely lost and couldn’t give an answer. They told us to wait and they would get our order out to us. 35 minutes later we got our food. Got home and the salad was old and wilted. The ranch watered down and the soup, just a few big chunks of chicken and a little sauce. We won’t be back. I don’t know what it is with this location but they are literally the worst.
