Well.. hate to say it but Chili's has finally fallen off the list of go-to places. We've always loved this place but the prices are outrageous for what you get and the service has gone downhill a bit. The menu refresh seemed like a good idea but just can't get over the prices.

I had the Santa Fe Salad with grilled chicken. The Santa Fe sauce that comes with it is great, but may be a little spicy for some..ask for it on the side if that might be you. My boyfriend had the Big Mouth Bites, which are 4 mini burgers. They also tasted great, along with the French fries that came with. 👍

The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean.
Food was very good. But remember we all have different tastes. Selection is good and varied to everyone. My check is not right. So I have to go back to the restaurant and review it with them. One person in my party ordered the petite sirloin, not good. She sent it back got another and was not good. One person ordered a chicken sandwich and server did not ask if he wanted the 3 for $12.99 or whatever it is. And the server wss nice, polite but just seemed like she rushed. I have been to Chili's many times. But this night it was very busy an extremely noisy. I felt like I was yelling. Tables are on top of each other. But I will go back because I do like the food. And I know the manager will make things right with my check. And the food is good at least for my taste buds.
ADDENDUM: I returned to Chili's yesterday, 02/10/25 and spoke to, Justin, one of the manager's. He was very polite and listened to what happened during my last visit. He did let me know that Fridays is one of the busiest days at Chili's. He asked me to come back and give Chili's another try and I said I would. But it was the way Justine treated me more than anything that will encourage me to go back. It reminded me of how managers could and did take care of customers years ago. I will do another review after my next visit. Thank you Chili's.
