We went in for lunch and ordered the Mushroom Swiss Cheese Burger Oh my this Burger was awesome. The waitress was great and the place was very clean. The manager even came out twice to ask if everything was ok! And it was ok! Great food!

WY wife & I took our grandson out for dinner. Had possibly the worst service we have ever had. First of all the restaurant was not very busy. We got seated and waited almost 10 minutes before our waiter came over and took our drink order. Then another 10 minutes to take our food order. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and received the regular chicken sandwich. Waiter never came back to the table to check on us until he brought our check. Not to refill drinks or even see if we needed anything.

Went around 4-4:45pm on Wednesday so I know it wasn't peak hours or anything but wow, from the second we walked in till after I paid the bill we got our drinks and appetizer extremely fast and the main food came out in less than 10 minutes after ordering it and was delicious, I am extremely impressed at how efficient this location was and the staff was all amazing from the greeter to the waiter to the cooks. We were very well taken care of. Will be back again. Bonus pic of the biggest crouton I've ever seen lol

My food was delivered by uber eats. Not sure if it was because of how long it took the delivery driver to get here but the food was cold and not good. It also took Chillis a while to prepare it so it should have been somewhat good but nope

Been eating at this location for years. Always enjoyed the meals, lately however it's like the food is trucked in from a different location. Used to have 4 options on the rib sauce now there is only one. Why would you replace street corn for roasted asparagus? That's a dumb move. Then there is the beer menu. What in the hell are you trying to do! Your bean counters need to count beans, not chose what is on the menu. This will be our last visit to this Chili's I strongly recommend going elsewhere. Chili's is going by way of other great family restaurants that like Applebee's, Famous Dave's etc., tell your bean counters to keep their nose out of the business and stick to the books.

I’ve been to this location several times and always have a great experience. This last visit was for a to-go order for our work team. We placed the order online and realized we’d made a few mistakes (our fault!). When we arrived, we tried to fix them but couldn’t edit the order. Thankfully, the two employees who helped us — Isai and Rebecca — were SO friendly and incredibly helpful. We had a really nice conversation while waiting for our food, and they went above and beyond to take great care of us. We’ll definitely be returning!

Went for dinner. Ordered the Sirloin Steak dinner. I have ordered this meal before and it was good. This visit, the sirloin was tough and almost uneatable. I ate about a third of it. It was hard to cut with the steak knife. After I started eating it, I started to feel ill. When I got home, still feeling ill so I laid down. Woke up 2 hours later and threw up. I believe I got food poisoning from this meal. I have gone to this location several times and usually the food is good. This time not the case. The chips that they brought were overcooked. That was my first clue but I ignored it. My husband got the other steak meal and he said it wasn't as good as other times we had gone there. For 2 meals that cost us over $80, it wasn't worth what we got. It will be awhile before we go there again. This is the next day and I am still ill from my meal at Chilli's. Haven't eaten all day because of this. When/if I come back, will look at the 1st sign (chips) to determine if I will eat there.
