Good store and ice cream Sammy's and the shakes are good. But the application is not really good but don't know what I did wrong on the application. Plus don't think the owner cares to hire people who work hard.

I recently discovered Chill Water and Ice Cream. It's a portal back in time to carefree childhood days of ice cream sodas, multi flavors of shaved ice and the friendliest customer service in town. Great prices!

Just a quick note - Google says this store is IN the Walmart Neighborhood Market. It’s not, it IS in the same center, though.

Such a disappointment we came in here for the first time since we heard the icecream is great as soon as we walked in which was 6:38pm the girl eidy or heidy immediately had an attitude was trowing stuff around as we were ordering.My son ordered a shaved ice and she rolled her eyes at my son I didn’t say much than my daughter ordered an ice cream and she did the same mocking her lips as well again I stayed quiet!!!!and when it came to me ordering my icecream which I order strawberry and banana she immediately made a face which was 6:40 she told me to know that next time I needed to come in earlier because they closed at 7 and the ice cream bar closes at 6:40 so I told her to forget abt my icecream and I just asked to pay for my kids things she immediately knew she messed up because she said the things were free and I said no that I wanted to pay for my stuff which she replied no it’s fine and again I said no I want to pay for my things… such a disappointment to come in wd your kids and to be discriminated because you’re Hispanic I will never back to this place it’s sad to see how a business reputation can be ruined by an employee.. remember because of us customers you have a job heidy and because of us customers you pay your bills…

Just water no food. But the owner helped me a lot! Including helping me load the car. I’m moving to the neighborhood and so happy to have a water store up the street ?

I must say, many places you go to for any kind of service does not offer what this location did. I was greeted by the only worker in the building at the time, Austin, who truly went above and beyond to assist.

I came in to stock up and fill 10 bottles of 5 gallon waters. Austin asked me numerous times if I need help unloading from the car, filling the waters and then loading. You can tell from his charisma and attitude he truly cares and enjoys assisting others and providing top tier service.

Though this review may seem far fetched, I cannot express how important it is to get great service from simply being kind and smiling. I had a short conversation with Austin and if he’s not a manager or is yet to be promoted, now is the time.

Ask yourselves when you go to another Water and Ice, will I get the care of service and quality of what i’m buying elsewhere? If not, you’re going to the wrong place.

They have great customer service and its family owned business. I get my alkaline water from there and sometimes grab a homeade cookie ice cream sandwich. Great prices. Highly recommended

Kid-friendliness: Definitely treat you children to ice cream and good water.

Wheelchair accessibility: Its got a good open area even a spot to sit. Handicap parking available out front.

My favorite water store in the Valley! Chill confirmed. Apparently it changed ownership and got re-launched a few years ago. Idk how the old place was but it’s great now. They have Reverse Osmosis water in high-flow faucets and also have Alkaline and Distilled water. Their ice cream sandwiches are super good. Definitely pick one up while you’re there. Ice cream and cookies are locally made. Friendly staff, safe and relaxed vibe, and ofc good water. They also have a high pressure water jug cleaning closet thing which is cool and useful.
