Totally blown away by the food here! We were so excited to try Chilte, and it did not disappoint! From the yucca frites, to the hoja santa quesadilla, to the Jamaica birria, to the final bite of cheesecake—DELICIOUS. Our server was so lovely! She knew the menu incredibly well, made great recommendations and even took the time to offer substitutions as available for my husband who is dairy-free. She was so intentional with his order and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Super cozy and fun atmosphere and well worth it for our birthday dinner! The aioli on those frites was to die for!

Best mole I’ve had since Red Iguana in salt lake. Excellent must have dish, great bartender and good unique quality drinks. Give yourself time to find a place to park. Highly recommend the oxtail mole enchilada type dish.

Okay, breakdown:
The small bites are truly small bites. If you have a party of 4 or more, get 2 of each appetizer you order.
The birria tacos are AMAZING. Omg. You have to order it. I did the flour tacos with beef birria. 10/10.
The atmosphere is very modern and unique, with a blend of club-mexican.

Amazing to have 2 or 3 vegan options at a nice restaurant concept. Blood orange margarita and the highball variant i had was very good. Overall enjoyable to splurge and have dietary accomodations available
Tasty, fresh food served by thoughtful staff that knows their products. If your dish contains whole okra, don't fear, this chef know his stuff and it is really good. Make a reservation, enjoy a fancy cocktail, a delicious appetizer and wonderful main. I look forward to dining here again!
Came here for the inaugural Suppr Club. Staff and waitress were excellent. Service was unparalleled, and the food was top notch. We certainly will be back!
The food was good but compared with some similar restaurants with James Beard nominated/awarded chefs we definitely had better food. We dined on a weekday and the dining room was half full, but it took a long while between plates. It was very noisy which was not something we enjoyed.
Delicious inventive, and fresh! The server was excellent. The food was totally unique and amazing. We like the casual atmosphere. It was not crowded and we easily got Reservations.
Incredible food, staff and service. The perfect place for any occasion and anyone who loves innovative, creative and delicious eats. And don't forget your bebidas, the bartender is as amazing as the chef.

I've been twice now and first time most of our food was pretty great. The second time it wasn't as good but still pretty good.
We loved it! Food, staff and ambience were excellent. Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!
The food at Chilte was absolutely fantastic! The salad was delicious, and the grilled fish was simply extraordinary. The service was excellent, making the entire experience joyful. This place truly deserves five stars.
We tried several dishes at Chilte — the Quesa Birria Tacos and Santa Quesadilla were definitely the highlights, and the Sweet Plantains were also really good. The Mole de la Casa was okay, but after having mole in Oaxaca and CDMX, it's hard for us to be impressed. That said, most people who haven't had mole will probably really enjoy it. The flautas themselves were quite hard and overly crunchy — even difficult to cut with a knife. The Carne Apache was interesting but not something we'd order again. On a positive note, the Poblanita Margarita with mezcal was outstanding — one of the best margaritas we've ever had. The overall atmosphere was a bit chaotic — it was loud inside, and there was a club-style event outside the restaurant with people leaning against the glass right next to us while we were eating, which was a bit uncomfortable. We had high hopes for Chilte after finding Bacanora underwhelming, and while this was a bit better, it still didn't quite live up to the hype.
This restaurant was amazing! The staff was knowledge about the dishes and the vibe was great. The summer salad was PHENOMENAL and the Apache beef dish had amazing flavor and texture. My only ranking down is related to the parking. There is limited parking and an event going on at the hotel. Our party had someone with limited mobility and we had to park across the street in an abandoned lot of a building that was for sale. The lot was not well lit and we had safety concerns.
