The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot, and the portions are generous for such reasonable prices. It’s the perfect spot when you want delicious Chinese food without a long wait. Short wait for party of two. Nice table but was next to a Server's station. The Staff does not make any attempt to minimize noise dropping plates and silver into large tubs. We got our drinks and appetizer order in right away. And that was the last visit we received from our Server. NOT kidding! Drinks came. Hot/Sour Soup and Egg Rolls arrived soon after. We ate and talked, finished eating and talked some more. Twenty minutes later we paid up front and left without any satisfaction. I loved this place for years but don't visit during busy times. Service is not good.
I haven't been to China Chile many times over the past 20 years. I've always enjoyed their food. This afternoon was different. I have a serious case of acid reflux. I'm almost 100% certain that the reason is the cheap cooking oil that was used on preparing today's lunch.

Used to really enjoy eating at china chili but yesterday was a totally different experience. Their so called fried rice wasn’t like any I’ve ever seen and it was bad unless you like brown rice. Food was brought out just barely warm. We won’t be returning there.

China Chili is our favorite Chinese restaurant! We came here Christmas night and their service was so speedy and hospitable. The food came out piping hot and fresh, and was oh so delicious! We ordered the orange chicken which is always a hit, sweet and sour chicken, and the hot and sour soup. It was all so flavorful and well prepared, and this place truly never fails us (& my parents have been coming here for over 20 years!). I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Phoenix area looking for great Chinese cuisine with excellent service.
