I usually pre order on the app so I haven’t really experienced any hectic times. Whenever there has been an issue with my order, where the taco shells are broken or something has run out, the staff has been great and will make up for any issues with my order. Staff and food are great :)

Went in at 6. They were out of brown rice, veggies, pico, and corn. Rush hour for dinner and they aren't keeping up. Except they are. Instead of putting stuff out for the walk-ins they are putting it all in the side room for the online orders. My wife did half-and-half meat and got a larger serving of carne asada than I did with only just carne asada. They didn't offer substitution or to get me stuff from the side room. They just silently covered what they didn't have without even an apology. Terrible service and reinforced why I stopped going here years back.

I have been here on busy nights and on slow nights. The place is dirty, and they are always out of ingredients. The portions are ridiculously small. I shouldn't be able to clearly see the bottom of my bowl all the way around. I promise you this is the worst Chipotle you will go to. I spoke to the manager, who clearly didn't care about the issues I talked to her about. Never returning to this place again.

Constantly understaffed. It's a miracle if you can get your pickup order 5 minutes within your pickup time.
This place was absolutely slammed because of an event happening outside their doors. They were out of chips, down one bathroom, kids didn't get fruit or chips....BUT....they kept smiles on their faces. What we did eat was delicious ? I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you!!!

As one of the first customers it was obvious the Food was left over from previous day. No cares given while food was served. Everything was a skimpy half scoop. Left hungry. Cmon. Definitely below the expectation.

This place never fails to disappoint. I always try to give the location/staff the benefit of the doubt, but each time that I give this location a second shot I’m left disappointed. Food poisoning, always out of guac, rushed and rude service. I love chipotle and this is the closest location to me, but at this point, I will never return here ever again. This place deserves a regional manager visit. Specifically at night time.

I feel bad for most the employees here, they were clearly understaffed and over worked. My bf and I went to get lunch before a suns came and you can tell the place just got hit hard and maybe they weren’t planning on it. I would’ve let everything slide until we got to the cash register and felt with Angel. He was rude and had poor customer service skills. We ordered a salad, got to the end and I asked for the dressing and he asked if I wanted anything else so I said dressing and he was like anything else? And I said the dressing and he said he got that. So then we paid and he said we were done and I stood there and asked for the dressing and then he looked and said “we’re out” and I just stared at him. And then he said let me check the back and came back said there’s no dressing. And I was like okay well I don’t want the salad then… we asked for a refund and he wouldn’t give it to us without keeping the salad... then he said “I don’t know why you want a refund.” The place just definitely needs more staff to help the ones who are clearly too busy to take care of the store and then a better cashier who understand that if you don’t have the full product but you already charged the customer, you should refund them and let them keep it. And maybe a better store manager who plans rushs a little better. Awful experience

By far- Chipotle is a great place to eat, great service and atmosphere, for the price of food. ( at this location) Now- I'm sure you don't want to know about my poor experience with 5 guys across the way, but it's what led me to Chipotles. You see- I was originally going to eat at 5 guys, maybe 500 feet from Chipotles. I made the MISTAKE of asking to use their restrooms, to wash my hands. They claimed I needed to buy one of their items before I used the restroom. Disgusted, I decided to ask for a water cup, and restroom privileges. They handed me something that looked like a mouthwash rinse cup, and still refused a " bathroom code". So, I left. Went over to Chipotle, used the restroom and then ordered their steak bowl, which was absolutely tasty! It was very good with the black beans and brown rice, but I would have preferred the cauliflower rice which they said they don't serve anymore, unfortunately - and it is well missed! ( if you ever get a chance to get the cauliflower rice, it is delicious ?) also had the guacamole, but they do charge extra for that, btw.
