I tried calling this store; either no one will answer or the automated system kicks you to a hotline.
I was trying to tell them they served my family completely uncooked rice (hard and crunchy). The more than likely served it to others. But since they cannot be talked to, I couldn't warn them.
This rice was visibly uncooked - I get mistakes, but its willful when you don't allow customers to contact you.

I don't go here to eat but a friend wanted this place so bad that I gave in. I ordered a burrito w carne asada & I had more tortilla & beans than I did meat. I wish I would have taken a picture of the burrito so people could see there servings. I also asked for some lemon & they told me they now have citrus juice. Really they are that cheap not to provide real lemons. No one was sitting in the restaurant it was dead everyone was getting to go orders. The vibe inside was out dated, messy, employees didn't seem like they cared. Plus this isn't real Mexican food either sorry but have to throw it out there. They don't even have a Chipotle salsa...

Chips are always stale no matter what time of day I go. Just went 2 1/2 hours before closed and they were out of chips. It’s the only reason I go Edit: had to go back and get a refund because they gave me an entirely different order

I came here the other day and was trying to get a bowl the little Hispanic lady that works here on the salsa side was really rude to me and to her co-workers she was barking orders at them and being disrespectful to me I believe the lady at the register said her name was Maria she was so disrespectful and rude to me to her coworkers just about everything my food was great but every time I come here it seems like this lady is rude every single time I've been coming here for almost 3 years and every time I come in to get a bowl of burrito it doesn't matter if she's rude somebody really needs to have a conversation with her because the way that she treats customers is not okay and her coworkers is not okay

There's a short Hispanic lady that works there I believe her name is Maria she's really rude to customers and her coworkers she makes the work environment hostile from what I can see the other than that the food was great but the little Hispanic lady is really rude to customers to her coworkers somebody really needs to talk to her because she can't talk to people the way she talks to people

Pretty standard Chipotle experience,but I have Been loving the red chimichurri sauce they released. Delicious, garlicky, and smoky!
I took a bite out of my quesadilla and there was a large hair in it. Disgusting. The beans did not taste like they usually do at other locations. They tasted like they had been rinsed in water. The spicy red salsa was completely watered down and runny. Worst chipotle experience i’ve ever had.

There is this old short lady that works there and she is always so rude to me and to her coworkers. She needs to be talked to because I can tell she causes a hostile work environment and I feel very unwelcome and stared at everytime I come in and I’ve asked my other friends who have come there before without me and they feel the same way. Not giving a one because everyone else is amazing and I love the place but I just am not her biggest fan.:)

We have often had issues with them bagging our to go orders in 1 bag. I was promised a refund after my bag ripped, dumping all my food on the ground, due to the bowls being crushed by the burritos and leaking into the bag. Never received the refund. Often the chips are stale and the portions are small hit or miss.

They do not want to make your experience here a good experience they go out of their way to make it a bad experience. This is a common theme at many chipotle’s in this area not just this one so it must be a district manager whoever the district manager is definitely crap.

This Chipotle was very busy for a while. They did a nice job getting the line down, working hard. After there was no line, though, the workers seemed to disappear. The dining area was filthy. We had to eat at a dirty table. There were no napkins, no forks, overflowing trash cans, and 4 or 5 workers standing around doing nothing. Not great.
