What a disappointment. A shallow spoon with a serving size of four small chunks of chicken. Go to the Carniceria on 35th ave bell. Authentic food and proper portions for a fraction of the price.

It was absolutely disgusting to walk in there and wait in line and listen to the manager yell at an elderly employee Rosa who has worked and been committed to this company for over 15 years! Rosa was helping a customer and in front of everyone the manager yelled how long does it take to make a casadea. Rosa knows more than anyone in that place about the company as well as having amazing customer service since the day I meet her in 2013! When I asked the manager why she speaks to her employees like that she proceed to tell me! A paying customer that that is the way they speak to each other!!! That’s insane! As well as a lie. The manager is no where mentally stable enough to handle being a team lead nor a manager. Needless to say my friends family and I will not be back. The manager I’m speaking of was working around 5:20pm on 5/16/2025. Yall need to do better in choosing who will represent your company.

I usually eat here a lot and when I came here the workers were just cleaning and not taking me and my friends order we waited 5 minutes and they only took our order once it started getting packed. The guy taking my order was making my burrito and then some lady jumps in and tells the guy to go help with the other orders and she starts wrapping my burrito when I didn’t even finish my order. I tell her I’m not done and she starts over. She put very small portions when I tried to finish my order too.Horrible customer service.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a Chipotle experience. First off, the food was absolutely disgusting — cold, bland, and clearly thrown together with zero care. The rice was hard and undercooked, the meat was dry, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. To make matters worse, I actually saw one of the employees handling the rice without wearing gloves. That’s not just gross — it’s a serious health concern, and it shows a complete lack of standards.

But what really bothered me even more was how the management treated the staff. I witnessed a manager snapping at employees right in front of customers, raising their voice and belittling them like it was normal. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. You could tell the employees were stressed and overworked, and honestly, it’s no surprise when they’re being treated like that. The whole environment felt toxic, and it completely ruined the experience.

This location clearly has issues from the top down — bad food, poor hygiene practices, and terrible management. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly suggest others think twice before eating here.

Asked for steak and chicken mix charges double meat. Asks for a little honey chicken on the chicken burrito charged double again. 31$ no guac. Never again lol that just kills a persons principles as well their wallet.

Only getting 3 stars because of a FEW workers there. My orders are almost always wrong when it’s placed via delivery. There is never any utensils or the “vinaigrette” that’s supposed to be provided with the salad. Chips are hit or miss, meaning you’ll get them if they remember or the famous line “We’re out of chips”. Do better seriously 😒

Placed an order through door dash my door dasher called me to confirm the order in store. Whoever was working Tuesday April 10th around 9:30pm told her that someone already picked it up. Meaning they did no checking and just handed my order to someone else. The man sounded very rude and said “ there’s nothing we can do they have to refund it” very quickly. Honestly one of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve had with someone at chipotle. The manager needs to train their staff on due diligence. Maybe next time put the phone down and READ who’s supposed to be picking up this order, not just handing it the first “door dasher” you see.

Whoever is managing this place at the moment deserves a raise. Shoutout to all the employees too. This is by far the cleanest Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I see this place had complaints about cleanliness a few months ago, but they completely turned it around. Everyone was literally wiping their stations after every customer. As a regular customer, I can’t express enough how much it is appreciated 🙏 Other Chipotles should learn from this one!

I bought 2 kids combos with quesadilla.
Literally, i had to remake my quesadillas at home. The tortilla was cold, and the cheese was not melted at all
