The food was great as usual and the staff were friendly. My issue is the pricing. I don’t mind pricing going to cover expenses up but when you charge more than $1 for a scoop of queso on an item (including if someone states 1/2 a scoop on one item and 1.5 on the other item - that should equal 3 scoops). Also why is a “large” queso (which is the equivalent to 3, maybe 4 scoops) the same price as a food item? Why is a large queso and chips $9 (when then chips are usually stale from sitting all day)? I paid the same for a bowl as I did the “large” queso.Won’t be eating at any of these locations again for this. I can see why there was no line here last night and every other place was packed. I will get in the long line at in-n-out next time to know I am getting my money’s worth.

I didn't get food for myself .. I was picking up an order from someone else.. I don't eat there anymore since I got food poisoning .. no thanks My stomach can't handle that again..

I placed two seperate orders for 20 burrito bowls for a company lunch. I picked it up and only recieved 14(was in 2 boxes). My fault on my behalf for not checking it. I went back to pick up the rest of the order and it was missing one. Waited for the other order to get made. I've ordered from this Metro Center location in the past, but i don't know what happened today. I understand that it gets busy, but maybe next time someone should double check the order before sending it out. The bowls were not even marked with names as well. I also lefted a tip when I placed the order. It was an inconvenience on my end to go back to pick it up.

Me and NY daughter Love eating Chipotle she always gets a burrito and I get a bowl chicken everytime!This time she tried barbacoa and Loved it!As for me I was Sadly disappointed ? My chicken was raw yup Raw people!So check your MEAT!

HORRIBLE SERVICE.MANAGERS have attitudes with customers. I'm allergic to avacado so I get a side of queso with my vegetarian bowl. Every location including this location is perfectly fine with it. The manager today said it wasn't possible because guacamole and queso are different prices. I pointed up to the menu showing they are the exact same price also explaining my allergy and that this has never been an issue previously. THIS MANAGER herself has said it was perfectly fine before, but today was an entirely different story. Saying no to a request is one thing, being extremely rude and talking about you, in front of you to other staff members is on a completely different level. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The manager I believe her name is Brittany, was beyond rude today. Horrible service! She was training another young lady and I just hope that trainee does not pick up any bad habits or attitude from that manager. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

only giving it a star cuz the quality in food is good but my god the serving portions are ridiculous, if you dont over paid for the double meat then u almost get no meat
