I went to Chipotle around 1:15 pm today and the experience wasn’t great. The girl taking my order had an attitude from the start. When I said I wanted a burrito, she said “give me a second” in a rude way, like I was bothering her. Then she barely put any food in, and I had to ask for more just to get a normal portion. I usually like Chipotle, but this time the service really killed the vibe.5

Not sure who the girl on the line making the bowls was or the male on cash register today at 2:40 pm but they both were SO nice and really gave me and my boyfriend GREAT service. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that we cannot tip on card!!! Let me tip these amazing workers !!!!! Only being able to tip with cash is robbing these workers of the tips they deserve !!!

The girl making my bowl on 11/4 at 11:45am had attitude and was extremely rude because I said very politely that I didnt want the dry chicken at the bottom of the tin that chicken is in. And I actively saw the guy In the back cutting chicken and said I’ll wait but she decided she didn’t want to wait and gave me the online order chicken instead. I didn’t beat to argue because she clearly was in a bad mood so I left it alone. And she put barely any rice at all as well so I asked for a little more and she put triple what would ever even come on the bowl in the first place.

The employees waited to start order until their auditor finished making sure everything was up to temperature and clean. If you're following proper procedures, then why keep customers waiting for their orders???

I recently ordered two burritos from this location, and unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing. The tortillas were soggy and undercooked, the rice lacked flavor and was mushy, and the beans were overly salty. The meat also had little to no seasoning, and there were large chunks of raw onion throughout.

The vinaigrette was also poorly prepared — it wasn’t blended, tasted overly salty, and had noticeable chunks of oregano instead of the usual smooth, balanced flavor.

Overall, the food did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. It seemed as though the staff may not have been properly trained in preparing the menu items. Sadly, this experience was a one out of ten, and I would not return to this location.

Chipotle was supposed to be the highlight to my family's stressful day but it just added to it. Pick up order with no utensils or napkins (yes I requested them via the site), one of the lids on the dressing wasn't tight thus leaking all over our food through the bag onto the car seat, and a soggy tortilla soaked in bean juice that clearly wasn't drained with the scoop. It's as though the employee that prepped everything was angry at the world and wanted to spread the message.

I scheduled a group order the day prior for a company meeting about 10 minutes from the location to be delivered at 12:30p. At 11:30a the day of the meeting I received a notification that the group order was cancelled without any reason. That’s enough for me to never use them again. My meeting attendees had to self organize lunch at the last minute. It’s was literally just 17 orders. They should be able to whip that up real quick. Lame.

LOVE this location! The people that work here are always so friendly and really seem to enjoy working with each-other. The quality of food and portion sizes are better than the other locations we’ve visited.
