Tried to redeem my birthday free quacomole. App wouldn’t let me even though I ordered 2 entrees. Went to pick up my food and asked the staff why it wouldn’t redeem and they said they could do it. After scanning my free quac they said I have to purchase another entre to get it. Defeats the purpose. What good is a free reward if I can’t use it?

Food was fine, it’s chipotle. I’m extremely disappointed in the staff who looks like they would rather be chewing nails than working there, and can’t even smile or greet you. Also; the dining room was absolutely disgusting. Place was empty, but every single table was covered in food and used napkins/ utensils. 4 people behind the counter doing nothing. How can you hate your job? You’re not even doing anything.

I've been to several Chipotle locations all around the country, and restaurants all around the world, including in the most destitute countries, and this place was filthier in comparison. All the tables were dirty and one of the workers who looked to be available to clean was running around doing low value, nonsense like filling the fountain drinks with ice, pointlessly moving chairs from one end of the restaurant to another, walking back and forth aimlessly. I ordered my food ahead, and it wasn't ready. I waited with another person for what could've been 10 minutes. That could've been okay, but the girl who gave me my order was so rude, and my food was unappetizing. Chips were stale. Along with the filthy scene at the restaurant the meal was disgusting. Worst Chipotle I've ever been to.
