Chipotle Mexican Grill

Adobo ranch given to me was almost completely clear and smelled HORRIBLE. Would have made me sick. Also left out multiple toppings and gave wrong meat selections made. A complete disappointment, considering it isn’t that hard to follow directions, and isn’t that hard to notice a sauce being completely out of date. And chipotle doesn’t give refunds for literally anything so I’m out of money for it. Tried calling the location and you can’t even get thru because “staff isn’t available to answer calls”. Such bullshit and a complete waste of money

I went with a friend to get chipotle, the workers were rude, unpleasing and unwelcoming and gave attitude other than the cashier. They did not give us much food for the portions and when I asked for more I did not receive any.

I visited this location on Saturday evening with my family for dinner, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The portions were inadequate for the price, and the service was subpar. I ordered double steak for two meals, but they were out of steak. The staff retrieved a small cup of steak from the back, which was split between the two orders and barely amounted to a single portion. When I requested the additional portion I paid for, they brought an even smaller amount. For $46, feeding two adults and a child, we left hungry, which is unacceptable.

Additionally, the dining room was dirty, and there were no napkins available. I’ve noticed similar complaints about small portions and poor experiences in reviews for this location. Given the high cost and consistent issues, I’m reconsidering whether to continue supporting Chipotle.

This was disappointing. Our portions were so small. Practically 1/3 of my bowl was empty… like what?! My husband’s bowl was small too. Won’t return to this location, too bad because I like Chipotle a lot.

Dude spraying cleaning chemicals on the countertops also spraying the plastic forks. This Chipotle is a MESS.

The guacamole is always brown and tastes super off. As someone who has to order ahead on their lunch break, this is super disappointing. I don't have the luxury of seeing it before it is put on my food, and it costs extra depending on what you're ordering. Quality control is clearly not a concern. Just the color of it should have more than told them not to use it.

Always disappointed by this location. I've previously complained in App about the guac issue and clearly no one cares. The staff have been friendly every time I've been in, though.

If you’re on a diet or simply don’t want an actual meal, more like a light snack this is your place.

Enjoy paying full price for half a bowl. Chipotle has become a joke with serving size. A two year old wouldn’t be full after eating here.

This one guy who works there named Christian literally gives me one peice of steak when I ask for extra and he messes up the wraps on me and all of my friends burritos and it’s like he’s forced to work there and it’s horrible I think I can do a better job and I haven’t worked a day in my life.

I was given raw chicken, undercooked chicken. Terrible, they are rushing the cooking process because the lines are long. Terrible!!! Will never come back again, the manager is rude and doesn’t really care about the safety and well-being of its customers

Ordered a veggie burrito with the guacamole on the side, which comes with the veggie burrito and was charged for a side of guacamole. Also the burrito was the size of a teaspoon. Over 11 dollars for a burrito that won’t feed a 5 year old. Very disappointed!!
