Update: I must be delusional because I went back tonight. They rush you through the line so fast like they're checking a box versus helping a customer that it honestly gives me a little bit of anxiety and they don't actually listen to what you want and then they get the order wrong. I asked for my drink cup and she said it was in the bag which would be weird, so obviously it wasn't there. Then I asked for my receipt and she said it was at the bottom of the bag so I tore everything out from the bottom and would you guess what? No receipt AND in the frustration of it all, I left the burrito on the counter and left without it. When I went to get the actual receipt the lady at the register just seemed so frustrated. And the queso is hardly ever actually full. I don't get it????
Terribly inefficient, distracted and frustrated (and frustrating) employees. Customers seem like a huge inconvenience to them. I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong and then I had to reask for chips and the drink I purchased after paying and before leaving the counter. There was non-existent communication between the person making the food and the person that should have been handling the register.

I paid $30 for a double steak burrito and drink two days in a row for lunch and the burrrtio came with legit 7 pieces of steak small I counted it was so bad and they forgot my drink both times also didn’t add the quax or sour cream and it was terrible my made the food I got was worth tops $5 both days avoid ordering delivery from this place trash 🗑️

I had a bunch of grill gridle in my burrito . Crunchy and sharp. I did not think it would be a big deal to have it remade or refunded. I went back the next day with the food and receipt. I was refused, called a liar, and when I asked for the name of the manager they refused , I took a picture of the staff and they called the cops and laughed. I went outside waited for the cops. Everything was fine ,I broke no laws.I want my money. This did not have to be a big deal. They sold an unedible product. Remake . That's it. Petty people. I had a receipt and the food.

This location is the best Chipotle. In my years of frequent visits to this location and others, this one is consistently the fastest, with the best portion sizes, and most consistent seasoning. Most employees are friendly and don't make me feel like an inconvenience for being here. Sometimes I have to ask for more of the smoked Tabasco because this location tends to have few bottles out a time compared to others, but they always have it when I ask. 10/10 recommend

I would avoid this place if you actually want to feel full after eating. The workers in this place all look like someone just stole their bikes. The place was filthy with one table still having food from the last person that ate before. The portion sizes are ridiculous these kids act like its coming out of their check to give you an actual full scoop of chicken its crazy.

Appreciated that the veggies were *actually* well done for once (not left kinda raw) like I often find… but the Sofritas were soooo bland :(((
We literally avoid this Chipotle location because their sofritas are never well flavored/seasoned like the other locations are. Mega bummer. Back to PV spot I guess.

My daughter had rice beans yesterday evening from this place and she did vomiting couple of times and is not feeling well, probably a stomach infection. Not going to Chipotle ever again !!

Came in at 8pm. Asked for barbacoa. They said they were closing soon and they weren't going to make anymore. All the other meats looked dry. I gambled got the chicken. No surprise it was dry. While I was eating in the lobby. 4 other people came in and asked for barbacoa. They gave them the same answer as they gave me, except now they were also out of chicken. Then a guy came in to pickup an order. He walked out after paying. Few moments later he came back and said he got the wrong order. His order was supposed to have barbacoa. The person at the register pretended like she made a mistake and then told him that she was out of barbacoa and was unable to fix it. The staff at this restaurant are undeniably lazy and inconsiderate. With the amount of heat chipotles been under, I'm surprised this one thinks closing two hours early is acceptable.

This is not the regular chipotle I go to, and it will likely be the last time I go to this location. The district manager should take note. There was not a long, yet the folks putting the food together were going insanely fast, slow down and SMILE. All the food looked old and stale. Old white rice, brown rice, dry chicken, dry steak, you get the picture. I came at 5:30. You would think the food would be fresh for the dinner rush. I’m also not one to complain about portions. My local chipotle at desert ridge has been pretty good here. This location was BARELY putting half scoops of rice and beans. I had to ask multiple times for more rice and beans and I would get a 1/4 scoop each time. The protein was also very small portions (did not ask for more there).
You should train for pleasing your customer and not rushing them out the door. The food should look full and fresh. If it’s not, maybe say, “hey we have some new rice and steak in a minute, care to wait and get some fresh and hot servings?”. AND STOP SKIMPING.

If you want to eat healthy and delicious, it is a good option if you have a diet, a diet, or you are vegan. It will also work for you. The food is tasty and aromas to your liking. Even the dressings can be combined if you want to be truly excellent.
