Employees at this location were just so rude to my daughter. She was trying to order 4 bowls….We go ALL of the time so it’s not like she didn’t know how to order. The two women making the bowls kept saying “Order order! What do you want!” While making two bowls at once both asking her questions at once …Rushing her … she ended up getting the wrong things in the bowls bc they couldn’t just let her answer one of them at a time. Granted they were very busy but they were so rude …. We won’t be going back o this location again.

I received a burrito bowl. Thank you for the heavy handed Rice, beans, salsas, almost a scoop and a half of corn, half a tub of sour cream. The entire bowl weighed over 2 lbs. I also got Guac and chips. The guac was brown and the chips were mostly stale. More is not better, and this was the last straw for me at chipotle. Its cheap, but damn, its just not good any more. The staff was ok, but, like any other Chipotle, they just dont care.

The food is pretty consistent across all Chipotles.
My visit today started out fine, I ordered two bowls. It was about 12:20, right in the middle of lunch hour. They had three employees lined up fulfilling the orders.
They were polite and doing an awesome job. And the third Employee which was a polite female roughly 19-20 years old. Attempted to ask me if I would like anything else to go with my order. The fourth employee which was the cashier an older gentleman over 50 years old started yelling over her the same thing she was trying to politely ask me. Kind of like a drill sergeant mentality.
I feel sorry for the employees that has to work with him. That is not a customer service attitude, that is a hostile work environment.
I don't know if he's the manager or aspiring to be the manager. Either way he is not suitable for that position. He needs to be trained in customer service.
I for one do not like to be yelled at. And I'm sure the morale is down with the employees that have to endure his attitude on a daily basis.
I normally would have straightened him out on the spot myself, but as it was lunch rush I did not want to hold up the line plus I was running late myself.
And just to be perfectly clear. He did Cut Her Off by yelling the same thing she was trying to politely ask me. Again, to be clear he cut her off but the words were directed at me. Therefore he was yelling at me, The Customer!
So here I am writing the review, in hopes upper management will see this and address the issue.
With that said, I will not be returning to this Chipotle. Sadly for the fact that everyone else was awesome.

This location sucks. Chipotle has raised their prices and now gives you less in portions. You get less food for more money, way to drive your customers away. I remember when I used to get a bowl to go and it would be packed so full of food it would be overflowing. Now I'm still hungry after I eat a bowl. Not coming back here. Thanks for ruining Chipotle for me.

I always come here for the new chicken they have, Was sad that they didn’t have any for closing which was understandable since they were about to close so It wasn’t that deep not the type to make a big fuss about it because i’m a manager at a fast food restaurant my self. But The girl who took care of us was really kind ☺️☺️ she deserves a raise. She had very pretty eyes and she was also tall. She’s a good employee and i like how she wasn’t rushing us at all

Walked in at 10:30pm i know i was being that guy but i was starving and had just completed a long drive so thought i could stop in really quick before they closed so i stopped and the girl at the front staright up ignored me and didnt even have the decency to tell me that they werent serving anymore.. like theyre just gonna throw the food away whats the harm in making a quick bowl and i was only gonna ask for ingredients available i wasnt gonna be special with it.. the girl was cleaning the tortilla presser thats right where u line up and she didnt even look up to acknowledge me so i turned around and eent to the local mexican food down the road that was super friendly unlike the bell road chipotle. Boycotting that location i will only go to the chipolte on 32nd st and bell from now on

This location is always out of limes. I asked the older man at the cashier if they had any limes and he said he’s out, I asked if there were any in the back he said “we don’t have any sliced”, I asked “can someone slice one real fast?”. He got frustrated and walked away putting gloves on, sliced a half lime, threw it in my bag and didn’t say another word to me, even during the whole time I paid. Rude employees. That’s part of your job! Management get in there and train your employees on customer service skills.

Update 7/17/25:
No fork in the to-go bag and huge chunks/slices of cheese in the shredded cheese that they didn’t bother to shred. Employees here are still lazy, and obviously the management is too.

I come to this chipotle often, and the service is always amazing! Today my car battery died in the parking lot and the staff helped me jump it in 100 degree heat. Furthermore, the burritos here are always a notch above, and the restaurant is very clean! Easily the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to!!!

I came here today to get lunch. I ordered a chicken bowl. The cashier was an older man and he was extremely rude. I was trying to ask about the Adobe Ranch free reward, and he just kept pointing to the scanner completely dismissing me and even the lady that was on the line next to him, you could tell she thought he was being rude to me as well. I couldn’t understand why he was being so rude for no reason at all. I’ll go to another location next time cause what the heck!
