Today, my experience at Chipotle was deeply disappointing. I usually have no trouble picking up my online order, but today I encountered someone incredibly unpleasant. The cashier, an older man, was rude and dismissive. He ignored me—even when my young child said, “Excuse me.” He demanded proof that it was my order, despite me already giving my name, which was clearly on the order. The service was awful. Although I live nearby and order often, I will not return after this. I feel sorry for the others working alongside him.

Chipotle this is horrible the serving size that I got today was unacceptable I’ve never got a size this small before if we’re gonna charge somebody $15 for one scoop of rice chicken beans and peppers then you’re stealing money I wish I can go get my money back but I’m hungry😭😭😭 And it was my last😭😭

My niece and I went to lunch after a hike. I placed my order first. As I approached the register, the cashier, Moe, asked if I wanted to add chips and salsa. I replied, “No, thank you,” and he gave me my total. I then stated that I would not be paying because my niece would be paying for both of us. At that point, another employee mentioned that my niece had ordered one steak taco. While my niece was still having sour cream and lettuce added to her taco, she handed Me her card. I said, “Moe, I’m ready,” meaning that our order was complete since she is my niece and I knew what she wanted. Moe responded rudely by saying, “Well, I’m not ready.” I told him, “Don’t talk to me like that.” He then replied, “I will talk to you however I want.” Moe proceeded to place my niece’s taco in the bag and then asked her if she wanted chips and salsa, despite knowing that we were together and had already declined. She again said, “No, thank you.” I asked Moe if he was having a bad day. He replied, “Happy New Year,” and shoved the food toward me without completing the payment process. Both my niece and I were taken aback by his tone and behavior. His conduct was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, and it made what should have been a simple lunch experience very uncomfortable.

Gave me little meat when I asked if I could get some more gave me the smallest amount ever than said it would be extra. I get it there are portion but when I'm paying for something I think I should get what I'm paying for right. I'm not asking for a handout.

The tables and counters were not very clean. The employe was rude and the food was horrible. I paid $30 for a burrito and a bowl. I won't eat here again. I dont want to leave a bad review but the food was absolutely horrible.

If I could give Zero I would. Worst chipotle employees I’ve ever in countered I know most chipotles have rude workers, but not giving me my order properly then charging me extra. Then when I argue saying I only want to pay for what I’m being given I’m told “sorry he’s new” “you still have to pay for it though” for extra meat and tortillas I was never given? Whole experience made my head hurt. ZERO STARS.
