Just went in to get a burrito because I haven't gotten Chipotle in a long time, and all I can say is I won't be going back anytime soon. There was no line and the last person just got helped with and I stood at the front for almost five minutes while people were moving around in the front without getting a simple acknowledgment that I would be taken care of, or that I was even noticed. After waiting those few minutes I figured "why am I going to give money to a place where I don't even feel welcomed?".

Great place, I love Chipotle anytime, anywhere. This specific location is poor on parking spaces. There are plenty of people that do not know how to park, and so if you are not attentive to the layout, you will get blocked in. I think a few more paint markings and posted signs can rectify this problem easily. While I was there eating lunch, I saw a handful of idiots just park where they felt was ok.. in return, causing others to get blocked in. The safest place to park is walking distance near the trash dumpsters along the curbing.

Didn't know chipotle charged for air bags.. I just got home and was super disappointed when I opened the chip bag 👎🏽 One of the employees was also rushing through orders, shouting at the other employees, and was a bit rude to my friend and I.

Came to this Chipotle today at 1045pm and they said they were closed and aren’t serving. How you gonna be open until 11pm and not serve the customers. Food was already being tossed and they didn’t care. Might wanna check on your closing employees as this is bs.
I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff was professional but the meat servings in my tacos, well, let's just say I almost thought I ordered veggie tacos. I ordered online so wasn't present to see them make the tacos. When eating my last taco, I didn't even have enough meat to eat the whole shell so threw the rest of the shell away. Might need to stay away from ordering online and ordering in person so I can watch the meat serving.

Chipotle has gone so down hill it’s sad.
No guacamole, no white rice and no vinaigrette… and they didn’t tell me til after the bowl was fully made.
Even worse the employees could have cared less that my entire bowl is ruined without those ingredients.
I’d have rather gone to Taco Bell at this point. At least they have ingredients for their food.
If I Could give 0 stars I would.
Never ever going to this location again and apparently I’m gonna have to ask if every ingredient I want is available before ordering food next time. Sad day.
