This Chipotle is a prime example of why Chipotle is failing in the US. Their portion sizes are embarrassingly small. Last time I went there the same thing happened, and after calling corporate they decided to give me a voucher for another meal. Fast-forward two weeks, and I redeem those vouchers, and the serving size is smaller than the first time. Do not order online, or they will not give you appropriate amount of food.

Keeps getting worse. Being charged extra for inedible guacamole is very frustrating. The people hate their jobs, rude and unwelcoming. I advise people to avoid this disaster at all costs.

I did a mobile order on the app. When I got to the restaurant, they asked for my name and said my order was not ready. I waited and waited and waited watching customer after customer order their food have it prepared, pay and leave. I asked again if my order was ready they say hold on it’ll be ready in a moment. So I wait and wait until I see a bag sitting out there so I ask is that my bag, they asked for my name and it WAS my order. I think it was sitting there the whole time because it was cold when i opened it. The orange was complete mush. Anybody putting that orange in the bag would’ve been able to feel that it was completely rotten. In addition they gave me about one tablespoon of the black beans in my order. I like chipotle’s food but unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had bad service/food.
There’s a reason this place gets crap reviews. They can’t get even the simplest of orders correct. I ordered 4 chicken and cheese quesadillas. I get home - 2 of them don’t have chicken. How hard is this??
