Rude and lazy take out specialist didnt want to change out the rice to get me extra. Rhere was fresh rice behind him but was too lazy. All of the front house staff was rude, no courtesy.

Went in with my half blind cousin and the staff member who made our burritos was very kind and accommodating to my cousin. The cashier assisted her with card payment, no questions asked. It was very touching to us how naturally accommodating and thoughtful they were. Thank you for this small but no less awesome experience.

Employees not necessarily show much interest in customer service for Food and Beverage environment. You can either work the right way with a smile on you or you can hate being there and do the work because you have to… much easier and way more productive is the right way.. is just my humble opinion !

Increasingly worse every time we go; I've almost exclusively switched to sofritas because it's the only protein that I can confidently trust won't be just a heaping pile of fat. My kiddo like carnitas tacos but 9/10 times I have to remove all of it because it's piles of fat. Today, against my better judgment, I ordered a Barbacoa burrito. The ENTIRE scoop of meat was just one giant ball of fat...gag. And for it to cost $50 for a family of three as a take out, only to not be able to actually eat it? I get it, inflation, workforce, etc - but the quality of the product can't go down if the prices are going to go up. You should be able to see when you're "cooking fresh" protein that it's just garbage, fatty product. Today was my last visit to Chipotle, blech.

Food was for a child. They forgot theChips, the pinto beans were old, cold and too spicy. Attempts were made to contact the store but Evidently staff are not allowed to answer the phone, terrible phone service, automation phone service just repeatedly repeates itself over and over and you cannot contact support as that malfunctions as well on there stupid website doing the same thing over and over even though it says choose a option then hit next and just goes back to choose a option. I am not driving all the way back to your store. This is what the Automated system TELLS you to do! Lame!! My mobil order was correct on the website, staff dropped the ball. This is the 2nd time I used the mobile order and both times messed up. Staff needs to SLOW down and read the orders, this is why it is called Orders! Just like any restaurant job take the order and get it right!

Listen I love Chipotle however if I'm spending $17 on my bowl, it should not be half empty. There was barley any white rice and sour cream AS SHOW IN THE PHOTO and I never received my Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa. Do better Chipotle!! Like don't be shy put some more...

My first time at Chipotle in about 2 years, I didn't expect to pay $16 for this tiny burrito and a drink. What happened chipotle ? it was a small dry and sad lil burrito :(
