Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle has the best stuff I’ve seen in a very long time they engage you. They don’t rush you. They are very polite so well done.!

Yikes, frozen lettuce, cold chicken, and beans, workers trying to just push customers through as fast as possible. I've always liked Chipolte, but not this one!

Usually, this chipotle is a great place to kickback and hangout with friends. However, tonight that was not the case. We ordered our food online and when it arrived, many things were missing, including my friends whole meal, no utensils, no straws, and NO chips. While we love chipotle, this was a sad night for us. Hoping to make amends in the future. We will be expecting a change in the management and 5 gift cards as compensation. Thank you.

Great food! Had bowl with grilled chicken, brown rice, black beans and sautéed green peppers and onions. Great pico de gallo and spicy salsa.
Music was obnoxious though and tables could have been cleaner.

I asked for a pretty bowl and I got one! He made it just the way I asked! I was very happy! I will be returning!

This location is probably the worst I've been to regarding portions. I even asked for extra rice and beans thru the app. I have small hands btw. 🙄

Got lunch here today and my chicken bowl was the saddest thing I had ever seen. It was ok but will probably go somewhere else

Manager not right behavior

This was a door dash order so can’t comment on the service or atmosphere. I ordered steak tacos and chips and guacamole. The tortillas were stale and the “steak” was mostly gristle, and the chips were old. Everything else was good.

The price for kids quesadilla is random. I have ordered it 3 times and it was a different price every time. The cashier was extremely rude when I asked about how the price was
derived.

The quality of ingredients in chipotle have been making my stomach nauseated and yucky. Really unfortunate, I used to frequent them years ago. The past two times I went there the guacamole was brown. Gross looking

Chipotle is literally going on a down hill spiral. I use to love eating here at least 4-5 times a week. Now it’s like once a month. I miss the old chipotle where everything mattered to them, from the quality of food, to the service and the immaculate atmosphere. I loved it so much I decided to work there, long ago. Management were by the book and making sure every inch of the building was cleaned and ready for the next business day. These days you walk in and it’s disgusting, food is dry, clearly been sitting there for a while. The serving area isn’t cleaned. I mean I could on and on. I’ve tried for a couple months to enjoy it like I use to but today was the last straw. I went to both locations near me and they both were the same. 40th and Chandler was my first stop, left because it was disgusting and the food was screaming food poisoning. So I left to the one on Ray, by Sam’s and it was not nearly as bad. The food looked better but atmosphere was awful. Service was good. At this point I think I’m done I don’t know if I’ll ever try Chipotle again.
