This is one of the better Chipotle's I've been to. The staff is excellent. Real down to earth humans. The food is always great!! I always order a veggie bowl with everything so I can't attest to the meat. This is my go to chipotle!

I come here during lunch the food is really good and nice and fresh but do not come here during dinner time because the food is not fresh and the guy was do you have a name tag goes or put his name on here give me some old scrap meat when I wanted some fresh meat some old beans that's why I only have like a half of a scoop left so I ordered extra beans and extra meat just so he can give me some fresh meat and some fresh beans I wasn't happy about the situation I'd appreciate him talking to or rolling his eyes at me while I was asking for what I want to I'm paying like 15 plus dollars a burrito I expect to have fresh food inside was horrible very dirty the trash is overfilled they had no napkins no straws the tables need to be cleaned all these other people are just standing around talking around very disappointed in situation

So I’ve been coming to this location for 2 years now and I am honestly pretty disappointed. It’s astonishing to me the difference in quality of service between when the general manager of the store is present or not.
When the manager is in the employees and helpful and the store is willing to go above and beyond. When the manager is not present they close early, give terrible service in the last hour of operation, and make countless mistakes with the drive thru.
Went in last night at 9 to get a sofritas bowl for my wife who is plant based. They were almost out of sofritas and didn’t have enough for a whole portion. I asked if they would be putting more out. The employee looked at the clock and then turned and faced me and said no. I asked if there was any subs they could do or comp the price since it was just going to be rice and beans and he said no and asked in I still wanted it.
I understand it’s frustrating managing the food at the end of the shift. However, I don’t see any excuses for not having a menu item out when there is an hour of business remaining. Still love chipotle and will continue to eat here. Do yourselves a favor and drive to another location.

I ate at Chipotle and loved it! Marcos suggested the Chicken Bowl, and it was tasty and fresh.
I also had a Mexican Coca-Cola, and it was a perfect match with the food.

This location at Broadway and 48th st is always messy with trash overflowing and sloppy servers. Makes me feel like they are not clean handing/serving my food. Pick another location.

Worst location! This is the third time in a row I have been at this location and they mess up my order. I didn’t ask for lettuce on my burrito, I actually hate lettuce in my burrito but the guy added it anyways and then did a pretty half ass job of trying to pick it out. The cashier charged me for a drink, I didn’t order or want a drink and there was no offer to refund me for said drink I didn’t take. I asked for chips with green salsa and a side of red for the burrito and they handed me my bag without either. They just don’t listen and roll their eyes when you correct them.

It used to be better, but lately, the staff doesn't wait for you to speak what you want and they threw lettuce on my bowl that I did not ask for. Their card system appears to go down a lot too. Couldn't get nothing this past time I went.
