Highly recommend passing on this chipotle. It was absolutely the worst location I’ve been to. Every table was dirty, floors were filthy, there was a swarm of flies in the middle of the store. The area doesn’t seem safe either, lots of people experiencing homelessness and having mental heath struggles in the parking lot/around the building. Corporate needs to get pest control over there ASAP..

Filthy, stingy, understaffed and unfriendly.The franchise owner needs to invest in at least the bare minimum. There were no less than 40 flies hovering over all of the filthy tables at 2:30pm on a Monday.Staff was unpleasant and undertrained. The portions were stingy. Serving about 2oz scooped from a pool of juice at the bottom of the Barbacoa container.Every table was covered in trash, trash overflowing. Disgusting!

This was the WORST experience I ever experienced at a Chipotle's establishment. I was there around 1pm on this date 02/17/2024. I will NEVER ever advised anyone to eat at this location. They all seemed uninterested taking order and looked HIGH as hell. The server handling food that day was moving extremely slow and disregard any request. I simply ask that I get sum fresh steak as it was getting cut. The server refused and say she’s only serving the one she has and I respectfully declined which upset her. I then ask the cook who was cutting the steak if she wouldn’t mind putting a small portion on the side for me. She say okay then proceeds to mix the dry steak with a small portion of what she had just cut. She then take the fresh steak to someone else. I ask her why she mix my portion of steak with the dry residue she just ignore me. Chipotle has always been my favorite fast food restaurant I never in a million years thought this experience would go this bad. But I guess that’s what happened when you decide to try a new places. I don’t know if y’all just don’t care anymore who y’all hired. I worked chipotle while in high school and it was a great. I never recalled being thought to not care or respect customers requesting especially when it comes to their meal. Somebody NEED TO GO THERE cause it look crazy..

This chipotle is so poorly run. The night shift manager does not care at all, shirt untucked and airpods in while she's on cashier. They are the epitome of chipotle, giving minuscule scoops of all their product, damn near scamming their customers. The restaurant is filthy, the staff look miserable and all have airpods in, and while I'm currently typing this I have just watched the manager go from handling money to prepping food without washing her hands.Leadership should be ashamed of this locationI also just watched the grill employee, while facing and talking to his manager (the same garbage manager mentioned above), take a sip of his drink and put it on the shelf under their prep table, and then proceed to go straight back to touching his grill equipment, all right in front of the manager. The health department will love this place

There is something seriously wrong at this Chipotle with their accuracy and fulfilling online/app ordering. Everytime I order here via app/or online there is a mistake in my order. Everytime!! 6 months between visits. I can't check my online order when I get it to verify, or I would, because they have the bag taped shut. I trust its correct, it's not that deep - it's a burrito bowl. But when you are limited on time for your lunch break, and drive over to the store, park in their busy and small lot, get back to your desk, to find you have the wrong order, its frustrating. I've received someone else's order, in a bag with my name on it. I ordered a chicken bowl, got beef. Ordered no rice, got rice. Ordered a side of chips, didn't get them, but did get the guac! There is a reoccurring problem of accuracy issues at this location. I keep trying to give them another try and they continue to have issues getting a pretty simple order correct. I did submit a message to their customer contact and they offered me a free entree - but I don't even want to go to Chipotle anymore. They lost me as a customer. And now I'm hangry.
