Chipotle Mexican Grill

I bought to bowls one with chicken and another with barbacoa. The meat was disgusting. The chicken was really hard to chew and the barbacoa tasted rotten. You think how expensive it’s gotten to eat chipotle they would be more concerned about the food quality. Taking my business to cava. Customer service ai bot keeps me going in circle on the app. Increase price, lower quality of food. Every screenshot is me trying to get a live person but it keeps sending me to the website and then back to the app. Designed to exhaust the consumer from reaching customer service.

either the workers hate their life or hate chipotle. we come here about once a week and have seen the work get sloppier. chicken bowl with no chicken? missing items? not sure how you can mess up so often, i go to different locations and none of them are this bad. people just want to eat

I don't normally visit this location, but I have been there twice now- and you guys make the best Chipotle Burrito from here to Scottsdale. 1/2 Chicken 1/2 Steak :)

Whoever made my chipotle bowl, I sincerely wish you never know peace. I’m seriously so tired of paying 25+ dollars to get my food delivered because my vehicle was stolen and I don’t have a vehicle at the moment, Just to get a bowl of BS!!!! There is more lettuce and guac in my bowl than anything else. Can’t even enjoy my first meal of the day and can’t even get a refund! 25 dollars down the drain as a young adult living on my own I don’t just have money to throw away on food! Seriously not okay.

They don’t put extra! They don’t even put what you ask for! Junk place! Should be shut down! Will never order from this place again!

Walked up 6 mins before close, they locked the door in my face and ignored as I knocked on the glass. Was able to get in as someone was leaving, still before closing time. Refused to serve me food. I worked in restaurants for years, I know how it works and dealt with late walk ins, it's a part of the job. All food was still available, the manager just flat out refused, nothing needed to be cooked. Manager was rude, on several occasions. Go to a different location where people actually do their job. I would have been in and out still before closing time.

Never disappointed here.. EXTRA meat.. Worth the extra cost.. thank you ataff

Who ever accidentally gave my boyfriend a dollup of sour cream instead of salsa. I love you! Made my day! He hates sour cream and we were fighting. We call these happy accidents. 😊

So I order this for my child.. it’s not even melted and it’s cold. Tighten up. Luckily I looked at it before he ate the whole thing.

I order a steak burrito and the meat was red . I told the supervisor and she said thats how they cooked their meat . She said it was supposed to be cooked med well but it looked red . Also there was more fat then meat. I asked for a chicken. Same thing chiken felt raw and chewy it was grossed. We throw away our 3 burritos we bought. Owner needs 2 do something about it. Reading the other reviews I guess their cooks dont know about temps and cooking time. Beans,steak chicken not fully cooked? I work at reataurant enviroment and chicken not fully cooked its dangerous. I will not come to this chipotle again.

Will not return to this chipotle the kid that usually works the line is rude asf, rushes and ofc stingy w portions the food is ok and they have the audacity to up the prices not worth it go somewhere else at least a different location.

Ordered online at 545, pick up time is at 630, I showed up at 630. Been in line 15 minutes. The line is just not moving.

Do not rush customers through your line. We wait in line for a reason people come in there and buy food for their families. They should not be rushed if they’re buying for multiple people chipotle odd be ashamed of themselves for trying to rush people through a purchase makes people not want to buy multiple items from this place and or buy anything at all, the manager was stressing out the poor employees at the line who had no clue what was going on and it’s not a good environment vibe when your culture is dysfunction
