They take forever to make online orders and going In Person still takes a substantial amount of time!

Update 1/13/26: their double protein truly is a joke. Today was free double protein. So I ordered double protein. I would say I got less than a single serving. I’ll continue to update.
This is as much for Chipotle Corporate as it is for the individual restaurant. I’m about to get real petty. I go in a week ago because I had a free reward for double protein, I walk into the actual restaurant because we all know their double protein is a joke. I order my bowl and I’m satisfied with the portions, but when I get to the register and show my code for the double protein the girl at the counter says “are scanner is broken”. Ok, so can you do it manually? No. The scanner being down is not a big deal in and of itself, but I think a lot of us can agree that if I had known before ordering my food I wouldn’t have gotten the double protein and the workers kind of shrug it off attitude rubbed me the wrong way. Anyway, so whatever I think I’ll just reach out through the app and they’ll make it right. Wrong. After finally being able to talk to someone who didn’t end the chat I was told there was nothing they could do, but if I hadn’t used my coupon by the expiration date to respond to the email they sent and, I quote, “I’ve got your back.” I want you to remember that. This is still not a satisfactory resolution, but if they “have my back” then they’ll make it right. I didn’t end up using the coupon so I responded to the email that again reiterated they “had my back” and kind of laid out my frustrations in a bit more detail. To which the agent responded that they’ve forwarded this information to management and thanks for reaching out and nothing else. I thought you “had my back” I say. I then am asked to produce my receipt. A receipt from a week ago mind you. But, because I knew it would get to this point, I forward a copy of my receipt. It’s at this point I’m given another coupon for double protein, still not satisfactory and completely misses the point of why I reached out, but my sanity is more important. So today I use the coupon and I do a mobile order because I’m not going through that again. I get my bowl and it’s maybe a single serving. This whole franchise is just completely disappointing. Like, unless you’re watching them or do little tricks to make sure you get things like double protein (especially when carne asada is $7 extra) then you’re 100% getting dupped. I welcome all the news stories that showcase how inconsistent they are. I’ll be back because, unfortunately, the food is good, but I’ll leave this here as a reminder to Chipotle on how to be better.

I'm leaving a review here because I tried to call and I can't get a human on the phone. You put pieces of chicken in my vegetarian daughter's cheese crisp. My vegetarian daughter who does not eat meat products accidentally ate a piece of chicken because you guys couldn't be more careful. I get you're busy but have a little more respect for people who are paying for that food.
-Staff was unprofessional and dismissive. The order was significantly delayed, and when I asked for help, I was met with a rude attitude. Overall a frustrating experience

Watch out if you’re picking up here. It’s never ready and they’re always incredibly slow. I literally watched my order. Sit on the counter for seven minutes before they bagged it after just being told they just finishing it up. I literally had to stop an employee because the thing that said that they were working on it walked away after they set it on the counter the bag in the label no nothing just walked away. I had enough. This will be the last time I come to this location.

I have came to this chipotle for years now and for the past two years, the customer service has been the worst that I have ever experienced in any fast food environment. Nothing but teenagers that can care less about their customer service skills

Hello, just wanted to give a fair review on our experience with the food from here.. we ordered as an office and the food came extremely salty with more toppings than meat and beans .. no one in the office finished their order… hopefully in the future they pay more attention to the taste and quality of the food.. thank you

It was my second time coming here and i was not satisfied with the food. I had gotten steak and the meat was nothing but fat. I will not be coming back since i was barely able to finish my food.
