I rarely right any bad reviews but this one has to be made. This place smells bad as soon as you walk in which should’ve been my number one sign to walk out. I placed my order for my son and I and as I get to taking out the food at the bottom of the bag there is a piece of rat feces! When I go to complaint to the GM they’re in denial and want to give me a free plate to compensate. Like why would I eat there after that experience? Definitely do not take your kids to eat there because clearly their customer service and food safety lack.

Terrible food ever since the company abandoned quality control and started making food offsite.
This is the second time I have ordered through the app at this location and it seems to be that the person in charge of putting the order together DOES NOT have the time to read what I am ordering or is just lazy. Two times in a row, no way!!! Three or four items missing in the burrito bowl and they decided to add other ingredients that I couldn’t care less about it. And the orders did have my name on it. Very disappointing! I love their food but a HUGE NO-NO to order through the app.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. I have been a chipotle enthusiast for years. However, tonight I placed a DoorDash order, and this chipotle location gave our food to someone else that was not our door dasher. When our dasher got there, our food was not there. Rather than simply remaking our order we spent over 10 minutes on the phone with multiple employees and the manager of the store that seemed to want to argue with me more than they wanted to rectify the situation and actually give the right person their food. I would rather drive further than go to the location anytime soon. Stay away.

Very rude staff especially the girls who worked tonight on 10-07-25. They act like they don’t want to be there like someone is forcing them to work at chipotle. I suggest they find new jobs, like a job where you don’t need any intelligence, because working at Chipotle is too hard for them. A robot could do a better job than this night's crew.
