Picked up my meal from this chipotle tonight and was halfway through the bowl when I found this massive piece of plastic mixed in with my food. Not sure what it is, but this should not happen. I’m guessing it came from one of the plastic bags that their sour cream comes in. Don’t know, but there’s one girl that works there that is always in a huge rush and it looked like she was preparing takeout orders tonight. Do better, chipotle staff. Only posting this review so management sees it and they can make things better. Not trying to bash the establishment.

I have no idea where the low ratings have come from because this Chipotle location is amazing! I asked my husband to grab some burritos because I was in the hospital. He came back quickly with the fattest burritos I have ever had from any Chipotle. The amount of each of the ingredients was equal and every bite was delicious! My husband said all the employees were working and doing their jobs, the place was nice and clean, and they got our order ready quickly and efficiently. I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry. We will definitely be back to this Chipotle. Thank you for the best meal I’ve had in weeks!

Went in at lunch to a line for at least 20 people. Staff watched as a guy came in and cut the line and went to the front with his coworker and they said nothing. Then when it was my turn to order, I saw they where out of white rice which is what i wanted so I asked the guy you are almost out of rice there isn’t enough there for my order can you go see if they have made more to which he relied I don’t know if they are making more and then asked if I wanted brown rice. I said no I want white so he then proceeded to try and scrap the smallest amount on to the burrito. at this point I said I was good and walked out. Terrible customer service for a place that just barely has decent food and is over priced. Will never go back to this location which is right by my job-site and will make sure all my co workers don’t go here either which is 150+.

Rude girl working counter tonight, had a bad attitude. Slammed things when we asked for more ingredients. They place doesn't close until 11pm, we came in at 1030pm. She also told us the store was completely out of sour cream and rolled her eyes when we asked if we could have the sour cream that was left in the container. She should leave her personal problems at home and do a better job with her customer skills. Poor experience at this location.

I come to eat at least once a month and I love it. The staff is great so are the managers, and the food I salts get their steak or chicken bowl it gets me full for sure!! I like that it’s near downtown so pretty much everything is closed by, many stores and you have the option to eat outside or inside both are great! I totally recommend it!!😻
Vegetarian options: They have a vegan option, you can do anything on the menu like a bowl or a burrito or tacos etc.. without meat and if you get a vegan meal you get free guacamole!😊 you can also do sofritas which is tofu and it’s vegan too!
Kid-friendliness: They have something call the kids meal in which you can do a kids quesadilla or tacos built your own, the portions are small since it’s meant to be for kids, sometime I get it if I’m not that hungry😊

Rice and peppers were hard/ undercooked. They gave me a tiny portion of everything. Also ordered a side of queso and after two bites discovered a large piece of meat in it- I don’t eat meat … don’t waste your money here

I went to chipotle trying to have a good meal but the employees ruined it. Right off the bat when I ordered both of the girls were disrespectful. One of their names being Destiny. After I ordered my food I sat down and they continued to stare. Never going to that location again! the steak was undercooked and the rice overcooked. Everyone in this location seems miserable. The girls also making their uniforms into crop tops. Also $3 for one scoop of guacamole is outrageous.

This is probably the worst Chipotle I've been to, which sucks because it's close to where I live. The staff is rude and they give tiny portions of everything. That says A LOT about management. You can tell just by walking in that no one is happy to be there. The place is a mess and the vibes are terrible. The food is lacking that Chipotle taste. Super unfortunate. I definitely do not recommend this location.
