I've been too a couple Chipotle's but this one has been the absolute worst hands down. Came in for a bowl during rush hour and an employee was trying their hardest to get people through the line and a manager came yelling at them in front of everyone and completelytreating them like garbage. I finally sat down to eat my food, the chicken was hard and vegetables tasted like they've been sitting out. Do better chipotle

Stupid woman working the to go orders told me multiple times that the order I was waiting on was on the way. After a half hour she tells me it's already gone out, even though I have not moved from that spot. You would think they would improve, but no they got worse. This woman doesn't tell you anything, not a eta, not where it is in the queue, not even asking if it can be pushes in front of all the orders that are not there. No, just timidly glance at you and walk away.

This Chipotle is my favorite one. I'm an African American woman, and the Chipotle off of E Thomas spoke in spanish(?) and were laughing. When I opened my bowl, there was NO LETTUCE. I'm glad I had some at home so I could actually have a salad. EVERYTIME I go to the E THOMAS LOCATION, IM ALWAYS DISAPPOINTED. DO THEY GET ALOT OF COMPLAINTS?

Everyone working seemed to be talking under their breath me and girl ordered our food but then they said our kids quesadilla had to wait and they kept pushing line so we get to check out and then they had to run back and make it finally. Chips and queso and my queso is only filled half way like really horrible experience at this location definitely sticking to central and camelback.

I have always enjoyed eating at this Chipotle location, but I have noticed the quality is suffering. I ordered a steak bowl, and it only had 4 small pieces of steak. My co-worker ordered the same as I but with double meat, and they had the same amount of steak as I did. I just feel like we did not get our money's worth, I mean we paid extra for double meat and guacamole, I'm not wanting something for nothing but come on, 4 pieces of meat and a small amount of guacamole is unacceptable.

I just tried Chipotle for the first time here. Im always gonna get a bowl with chicken and all my toppings. And i get tortillas on the side to make it complete. I also love the queso and chips. Im obsessed.

Normally I'm grateful to be able to buy a reasonably priced salad....but I WILL NEVER get Barbacoa on another salad or in a burrito. At least half of the meat was big blobs of white beef fat globules which I had to pick out and put in a napkin. Then when I got to the bottom, where the cold salad ingredients cooled the Barbacoa juice, I could feel the disgusting grease on the top of my mouth. Stick to the cubed chicken or steak that you can actually see. Gah.......gross. I can feel my arteries closing up as I write....

Second visit in a row at this location where they serve you chicken that isn’t even room temperature just straight up cold. The texture is that of a chicken that was cooked to the bare minimum, it was cold super chewy and soft and it had no flavor. The beans were the main issue that I had previously, they have a tendency of not cooking the beans to serving temp, I can guarantee they are no where near 165 degrees Fahrenheit along with the chicken. The beans being undercooked leave a horrible aftertaste along with the chewy chicken. It is embarrassing that at the prices chipotle offers its food that it continues to have quality issues especially when there’s 2-3 polos on the shift? I have worked at a busier & understaffed location while manning the grill but always had the tendency to fully cook all the food that was served on the line. Oh to make things worse is I wasn’t even offered a receipt nor did I ask for it because why even bother if they can’t even swap out the receipt paper with a minimal amount of people in line. I visited at 6:20pm on 2/21, check the temps they recorded on the temp books because it is unacceptable and it is annoying that I have to sit down and eat this meal after a long day of work because I am not going to waste my team to express my anger on these kids when management can handle this.

We had ordered and chips and they never added it to the total of the bill so when I told them that we had asked for it they wanted to charge us again for it instead of just giving it to us because they had been the ones that forgot to put on our order when we specifically asked two of the employees there to add that to our order so I wasn't to happy about that because to me for Good customer service they should have just given us a chips and guacamole because they were the ones to forget. And my dinner was just okay I wasn't too impressed with the chicken quesadilla I got which usually is my favorite entree on the menu or a popular one for that matter.

I bought a bowl of supposedly chicken, the only thing I got was rice and beans, 4 pieces of chicken was all I got, the girl who helped me put everything like I was asking for it for free, I asked for extra sauce and she literally made faces I was not rude at any time, even the person behind me said sorry, I paid for what I ordered and left, I simply don’t understand their rude attitude, in addition to the very small portions they are using and the exaggerated charge for it .

I go to Chipotle 2-3 times per month, this visit was a mess. I did a takeout order and they forgot my chips. Like the dude charged them and handed me the bag while I paid without them. Alright, mistakes happen. But then the guacamole was inedibly bland. Like somehow they got even the natural avocado flavor out. Inedible green baby food mush
