I typically try not to complain, but this has been a trend lately. One of the managers at this location (tall, long hair, bigger guy) is causing me to rethink chipotle as my go-to lunch spot.
I get double chicken every time I order. This manager will give me the smallest portion possible. On the website it states that a single serving is 4oz. When this manager is in, the portions are 2.5oz at best. I pay $16 for a bowl, I should at least get what I paid for. It does not seem like a good strategy to upset customers just to save a few bucks on portions.
Additionally, he tries to move so fast (even when they are slow) that he usually gets food and hot sauce all over the container and has to rush to wipe it off. It makes you feel rushed as customer for no reason.
He has been training the new hires to act the same way and it’s turning this location into the worst Chipotle around. Please have a training with this employee so I can return to being a regular. I’m not asking to be “hooked up” just to get what’s advertised

The young man that helped me was so professional and helpful. His name is Damien. One of the managers. His courteous smile would be reason enough to come back. The food was exceptional. I had the barbocca bowl. Yum. Definitely one of the best Chipotle's I have been to.

Vivian was just so rude to me and I came in at 9:40pm and get this even charged me for burned old queso from hours ago and wouldn’t even portion out right I eat here all the time! and refused to make more cheese and food they were out of. It’s 9:40 pm Saturday night and I know why you are dead OWNERS MANAGERS you know why you are dead? They are trying to leave now this is crazy and I don’t even want my honey chicken bowl now and the burned cheese is ridiculous! Do not eat here or bother with VIVIAN they make it obvious they don’t want you coming near closing.

honestly had a terrible experience here. the 2 young men working the front had bad attitudes and both quesadillas ordered were raw and cheese wasn’t even melted. we asked to get it remade and all they did was wrap it in tinfoil and put it in the tortilla press. made the quesadilla stick together, very poor service. don’t get a job if you’re going to be lazy and not care about your customers experience.
