This is one of my granddaughters favorite places to eat. The young men working the counter were so friendly, courteous, and helpful. We've been to our share of Chipotle's, and this one ranks #1. Unfortunately, I had to deal with their customer service due to my error. I had to make a phone call to their 1-800 service. THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! And do not attempt to call the store. The call is rerouted to the same ridiculous CS dept.

Came in on 10/5 around 12, the girl that made my bowl was so nice and made my bowl perfectly. She was so patient with me when she had to explain the different types of meat haha I appreciate it fr! Great customer service!

4:30 on Friday night with no one in the store and they are out of everything. Only 2 meats available, half the topping are out and they don’t even care. 5 people on staff. Owners need to be more in tune with the staff and expectations to the customers. That’s what this is all about, the customers. Very poor experience. Not even an offer to make some and wait.

This location used to be so good with their scoops, now I’m the annoying one asking for “extra” when it’s just a normal looking scoop. All I gotta do is just “give ‘em a lil nod” huh? Every employee I’ve had has been on that half scoop BS, which tells me it’s gotta be management. Get it together Chipotle

chipotle, bomb food for the most part, great service, i mostly get takeout though... whenever I'm inside chipotle i get this like weird post industrial like half modern vibe from the decor and flair, not their fault it's just how chipotle does their restaurants
Had my burrito delivered. After the first 3 bites, it just started falling apart. They packed the burrito way too much. I would have got it double wrapped, but they charge for an extra tortilla. Most of my steak was fat instead of meat. Picture who's me eating from the top which was hard, and the food coming out of the bottom. I had to start eating it with a fork and knife. The piece of meat on the side is the fat.

I typically try not to complain, but this has been a trend lately. One of the managers at this location (tall, long hair, bigger guy) is causing me to rethink chipotle as my go-to lunch spot.
I get double chicken every time I order. This manager will give me the smallest portion possible. On the website it states that a single serving is 4oz. When this manager is in, the portions are 2.5oz at best. I pay $16 for a bowl, I should at least get what I paid for. It does not seem like a good strategy to upset customers just to save a few bucks on portions.
Additionally, he tries to move so fast (even when they are slow) that he usually gets food and hot sauce all over the container and has to rush to wipe it off. It makes you feel rushed as customer for no reason.
He has been training the new hires to act the same way and it’s turning this location into the worst Chipotle around. Please have a training with this employee so I can return to being a regular. I’m not asking to be “hooked up” just to get what’s advertised
