I’m writing to express my frustration with the consistently small portion sizes I’ve received when ordering through the app and using the drive-thru pickup lane. While I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle’s food and convenience, it’s disappointing to see such a noticeable difference in quantity compared to in-store orders.
When ordering in person, I feel like the portions are much more reasonable and satisfying. However, app and drive-thru orders often arrive looking half full whether it's the amount of protein, rice, or toppings. It's especially frustrating considering that the prices are the same, yet the value just isn’t there 🫤

I placed an online order for a barbacoa burrito with extra rice, extra beans, sour cream and cheese. What I recieved was a small burrito with lots of rice, a few beans, literally no beef barbacoa,no cheese, no sour cream. What an utter and complete show of incompetence and a rip off!

Tiny burritos for $10. Very inconsistent, won’t be back. I can get burritos anywhere in this neighborhood. ✌🏻
The service is amazing at lunch time I needed 19 entrees. The manager (Jason)himself to care of it personally all of it as well as doing everything else and cooking at the same time. Never seen anyone make orders that fast. What a great job Thank you. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat. As well as Charilize and Adlia we're also helping also. Essentially it was impossible to make 19 orders that quickly for my office and they did Thank you so much.

Honestly, the place was really dirty, they overcooked the chicken so it tasted like charcoal, and on top of that, I got so little protein on my food. Sub-par location, I do not recommend coming here as this is not what a Chipotle experience should be

Had a real unpleasant experience the other night. I always get a steak quesadilla and the other night the meat was PINK! I have never seen it that pink before. I politely asked if I could have a different batch or change out the meat. The manager immediately started to argue with me saying, “that’s how it always looks” Really gave me a hard time about it.
