I ordered online for pickup. I drove up to the window the employee that greeted me was braiding her hair while on the clock. I get home to eat my food there is a large leaf from a tree in my food and an eye lash. The cleaniness is awful at the location.

Absolutely ridiculous, look at it, 12$ for this burrito. Completely unacceptable to spend 12$ on a burrito and have it be that size, compared to what Chipotle used to do before with the portion sizes.
I picked this up from the drive through lane, otherwise I would have thrown a fit if they had put together this paltry nonsense in front of me.
Completely insulting to pay nearly $30 in food and have ridiculously unbalanced portions.
The burrito was for my father and the burrito bowl was for me, I actually separated the meat from the burrito bowl and it was a total of 7 pieces of small meat, (carne asada).
Do not come to the Chipotle location unless you like getting ripped off.
Chipotle used to be about letting people have what they want, but this insulting display today will turn me off forever from this greedy fast food chain.
Charging more, serving less.
Not to mention that the burrito and burrito bowl were both cold, and a few pieces of meat that were on the burrito bowl were laden with silver skin and fat so they're not even trimming their meat properly.
I am incredibly dissatisfied with what Chipotle has come to.

This chipotle sucks . They never have anything in stock . They are always understaffed and cannot get the online order correct. Somehow they ran out of rice. They burnt all the meats, and the quality of food was terrible. Highly recommend to avoid this chipotle. I tried calling customer service and they are no help.

The service was good the staff was friendly and fast service BUT I tried the carne asada(new) was okay but should of just stocked to the steak but weird that they too my bowls to the back to grab the carne asada and then came back with my bowls and I also got a bag of chips and the chips were stale..

Everytime I come here I either get okay service or bad service. The other day I saw some guy chopping carne asada pop a piece in his mouth, I am sure that is against policy. Today they DROWNED my bowl in ranch and sour cream, essentially ruining my meal, they also forgot my tortilla. I will have to drive a lot farther to get Chipotle somewhere else. This place really needs to invest in their employees, either better training or better wages to get get better people.

I really thought the guacamole was freshy made here are pictures of my guacamole from last night. You pay quite some money too receive this it’s unacceptable because it’s not cheap

There was hair on my chips they were stale. Hair on my burrito there was a hair wire on my daughter salad WIRE!! NOT Exceptable employees need to care about the job and be more careful and sanitary. Not going back this is the third time I have a bad experience at this location.

If I'm paying 20 bucks for a bowl I at least want what I ordered. Ordered double meat barbacoa and honey chicken and not only did I get a measly amount of meat I did not receive the chicken. I DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HARD IT IS TO MEASURE A DOUBLE MEAT PORTION!

Every single time I go to this location I am not greeted and I have been the only one in the store. I go at night and it was always only me there. The employees are so weird and rude. They charged me too much for a burrito that I didn’t put much in and charged me for guac I didn’t get and when I asked about it the girl played dumb like I was wrong but the prices on the app said otherwise. I think she was new but her coworkers didn’t seem to care or step in to help. Just talked about me as I was leaving. Idk why chipotle employees are so miserable lol

I love chipotle and can say i love going to all the other outlets except this one! Its been multiple times now that either the staff is rude, pack completely different online order or messes up your order right infront of you without a hint of sorry! Its literally been 3 times now, i always am like maybe next time it will be fine - but no! Rice is often undercooked, or they won’t listen to your instructions properly!
Ordered drive thru and waited quite a while as workers walked past the window. Finally we went inside the worker said they close the window at a certain time, however the website doesn’t reflect that

Unlike the one on 24th street and baseline which is skimpy on the meat and everything seems like it's been sitting too long this location serves up huge portions Its immaculate service is swift and everything always tastes fresh I highly recommend this location if you are craving a wrap or bowl
