I ordered a mobile order from this location today. I got home to open it up and find the bowl wasn't even full, the queso I paid $1.70 extra for was literally one thing drip over the top of the bowl. At this rate I should have gone into the restaurant to have them make it so they didn't skimp on my meal. Paying $14 for a bowl 2/3 full and one drip of queso is crazy.

Location is clean and nice. Will visit again but my steak bowl had almost NO steak whatsoever. Everything in the bowl was great and tasted wonderful just nearly no steak to speak of

This was my first time going to a Chipotle all the way out in this area versus the East valley but I had a great experience not only were they open till 11:00 p.m. but they were super nice still working their butts off and Melody or maybe she said Melanie I'm not sure but she was awesome and had a great attitude and smile and was very helpful and I think she should get a raise of 10 million please and thank you. Ordered a veggie burrito on tuesday april 1st. Picked it up through the drive thru. I was towards the bottom of the burrito when I bit into a piece of glass. Be careful at this location.

Ordered for pick up. Went to the window and waited 20 minutes. Several employees passed by not one helped. Had to get off and ask for my order which was already cold. Staff was rude as well.

This chipotle always has weird vibes whenever I go. I went in with my mom last weekend and we weren’t greeted. We were acknowledged, the employees noticed us, but we weren’t greeted. My mom said hello but staff stayed silent. We spent a little under 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. No one told us that someone would be with us to take our order. It was awkward. And they’re always either low on protein or out of protein.

Rice isn’t cooked all the way meat is cold. Lady behind the counter had a meltdown because someone put the sour cream in wrong. Horrible service won’t be back!

Went in asked for a chicken taco kids meal with cheese the young man who helped me looked like he was on some herbals, and only gave me cheese had to drive all the way back there wasted gas and they made my wife’s meal again but looked in the bag and forgot the chips that I payed for nobody is focused never coming back to this chipotle again.

It would be nice if they would just not treat you like you or cattle while in line. Even when there’s no one behind me, they’re always rushing me through and doing everything too fast. Slow down and treat me like a human being. The food is always good. Sometimes I’m waiting in line with eight or nine people and when I get up to the front they tell me they don’t have the fajita peppers. It happened a few times which makes it hard for me to go back as often as I’d like to. 10 years ago I thought they were expensive but they seem to have not raised their prices so it’s now become a pretty good deal to go in and spend $12 on a chicken bowl with chips and salsa. I just don’t like being treated like cattle in a line or everything has to be done 100 miles an hour. Sometimes I feel like I’m on Seinfeld with the soup Nazi.
It's always a pleasant place to eat in.
