The employees working there were rude and goofing around. I placed my order at 9:45pm for it to be ready by 10:10pm but waited till 10:20pm. Yes I had a big order, that’s why I gave them a good amount of time to make it. I then come home with none of my items labeled and made completely wrong. After being okay with the fact that it was wrong, I find the end of a stem in my burrito. I’m truly disappointed about the experience.

The staff went above and beyond, I'm very appreciative of them. The store was nice and clean inside/outside. Everyone was working together, and my food was fresh. 10 out of 10!!!!!!

JUST ORDER INSIDE!! Seems like the only way to get a decent amount of food is when you give them a hard time inside. Ordering online is a SCAM!! Might as well just give them money for nothing?

The girl at the take out window was extremely rude basically tossed the bag of food at me, my drink was placed in the bag and smashed my burrito took a couple of bites and my burrito and it fell apart. I never have issues with chipotle ever. This will be my first and last time coming to this location.

I had the most amazing experience at this Chipotle, all thanks to Giselle! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed. I hadn't been to Chipotle in a while, so she took the time to give me some pointers to make my meal just right. Her helpfulness and friendly demeanor really stood out.
There was also another incredibly nice lady who, after hearing about my less-than-ideal experience earlier that day at a different location, kindly offered some chips as an apology. The level of care and hospitality I received was unmatched.
This Chipotle has officially become my go-to location because of the exceptional service from Giselle and the entire team! And Giselle, if you're ever looking for a great Korean spot, check out Central Stone House on Hampton Ave—it's fantastic!

all I needed was the time the dinner closes since its not online. I'm now furious and will never eat here ever. update your phone crap with better options. this should only take me less then 10 seconds to find out... now I had to make time to write a review and go get food somewhere else.
Listen. Chipotle atmosphere is always good it’s chipotle. The girl in the middle of the line when I was there was super upset to be there. She told me boyfriend speak up I can’t hear u super rudely. She would not stop grilling everyone in line. The food was good tho

This chipotle location is trash. Gave it a couple tries figured it was just busy but nope, food is cold, rice not cooked correctly, meat not cooked correctly, chips are stale and cold, it’s a mess inside, the manager of this location should be fired for not taking pride in his work, and passing that work ethic to the employees. This location is beyond trash. You can go to downtown location and it’s like you’re eating at a whole different place.

I personally love Chipotle, even though I need a small business loan to get it for me and my family nowadays. This location however, lacks plenty. Service, D minus. Food availability, C minus. Freshness of food, C plus. Three stars is about right for this mediocre location.

They need customer service training. These young girls wanted SO bad to rush the order, getting ahead of themselves, thus not hearing the instruction when given and In turn producing a crappy product. I wanted to have her redo my entire order but didn’t feel the need to hold up the line. Understand you are in a customer service position, it is as much a part of the job as everything else. Management is just as responsible, stop allowing this behavior in your store…

I went into this Chipotle on baseline and I ordered a chicken burrito and the rice was crunchy so I called and spoke with the manager and she said that she will replace the order for and for me to come back when I have time so I went back which is tonight I told a lady that I had a replacement order not knowing it was the manager on duty and she treated me very rudely she was an Hispanic woman when I told her that the other manager Maria said that I could come back to get a replacement on my order she started her nose up at me as she was making my burrito and she was just being really rude to me so I asked her co-worker next to her which was a guy did she have an attitude towards me and he said you're good you have a nice day like trying to rush me out the door people like that shouldn't be working in a place where you working around people with different people if you don't want to be there then find another job I've never felt so out of place in my life this is one of my favorite places to eat at and now since she treated me that way I won't be eating at Chipotle anymore that's why I gave it a one-starand I also will be reaching out to corporate concerning this matter because it isn't right
Super dirty employees out of 5 standing around only one was working !!! I ask for a burrito and they couldn't get it wrapped and 2 different people try 2 do it right lol ?
