Chipotle Mexican Grill

If you’re gonna order from here, order in person. My mistake was ordering delivery. I ordered a burrito with honey chicken and added extra protein. Btw extra is another $5 but I had points so I redeemed it however I got my order on time started eating and at first thought the rice and lettuce sour cream and corn had shifted to one side of the burrito but I unraveled it and found that there literally is hardly any chicken let alone double chicken in my order. So if you’re gonna order Chipotle, do it in person otherwise you’ll get cheated out of what you ordered.

I really enjoyed seeing teenagers from high school at the registers working I miss those days and these kids were really great with their customer service!

Every time I come here there’s 3 people standing at the register yet the place is a mess with trash everywhere. They’re always out of something even though they’re open another 4 hours. They gave me brown guacamole even though I’m getting charged extra. Not a good chipotle location. Bye.

got a couple burrito bowls today one veggie one carnitas with double meat. food over all was decent… didn’t seem like double meat. the guacamole
was rancid. we couldn’t beleive they served it. my girlfriend wouldn’t eat it… i tried just out of curiosity.. “maybe it was just discolored” but it wasn’t just discolored it tasted fermented… see picture below!!

This is like a 3rd world Chipotle. Like guys, please clean this place up. And throw away that nasty day old guac. Who is managing this location? If you are looking for a new manager, send me a message. Cause whoever is in charge is damaging your reputation

I am not sure what it is but this chipotle just never has it together. I go to this one every few months when I am in this part of town and without fail they always disappoint. Every other Chipotle I go to in the valley is consistent and serves quality food but this one is always out of basic items like lettuce and cheese and never gets my online order right. This has now been going on for years and I guess shame on me for going back and giving them a chance every few months.

so embarrassing that people even call this place good. Terrible service and horrible food management. Rude customers who take everything too personal. The service is just horrible you cant even ask for a side of sour cream without them nagging about it. I recommend going to the chipotle on Mcdowell. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Avoid this place at all cost.

So much to talk about here after a few visits to this location, but this particular visit had me over the edge. Walked in at noon on a Sunday to an empty building. Nobody at the counter. A brunette younger woman with glasses approached me with the “I couldn’t hate to see you more face” and started putting on gloves. No “hello”, no “what can I get for you today?”. Just looked at me to start telling her my order with a disgusting smug face. She then constructed one of the poorest looking chipotle bowls I’ve ever seen, giving me single portions when I asked for extra, and tossed me to cashier without asking if my bowl was done, she then ran down to help the only other person in the building who had just walked in behind me and ignored me. I was left standing at cash watching multiple other employees walk by before finally someone came to help. Only trouble is, rather than check me out, they checked out a mobile order that walked in after my bowl was already made. Manager was sitting in the middle of the dining room floor on a call not caring less about what’s going on behind his counter. Mrs. Thing making the burrito bowls needs a serious attitude check, as do many other employees I’ve come across here. You can say a lot by saying nothing and even more with snotty faces. Searched for a name tag for the girl but all I could find was a gold name necklace starting with a V. Hopefully their management can fix the attitude problem with her, the rest of their staff, and the consistently bad quality of their food.

Worst location ever! Never have napkins, if you ask they will always said they are out of them, food poorly prepared, I found basically a whole onion in my bowl, and the service… terrible bad, just the cashier was the only one who kinda smile to us… the lady who served the food was totally rude and mean, never come back again

Chipotle in general is great, but don’t bother with this location. The girl making my order basically acted like I was a big inconvenience for coming in to order food, which is whatever (I don’t need a ton of pleasantries to order a meal), but I got home after a very short (about 5 min) drive and the burrito was so poorly “wrapped” that I couldn’t even eat it. Drive a little further to another location if you actually want to eat your meal.

Love this place it's any shopping center the parking lot is a bit difficult to maneuver and then get out on the street but it's definitely worth it there's specialty drinks are outrageously good.

Vegetarian options: A selection is all up to you as to what you add to a bowl or burrito but the drinks are great the food is great the atmosphere is awesome
