Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the best Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to! Wow! Team was so efficient, friendly & fast ! My meal was perfectly made. Saw active cleaning taking place & every worker seemed happy. 5 stars !

The staff was dumb… paid for guacamole and got less than a spoon, rolled it so bad, forgot I bought a drink and when I told him he forgot again🤣 such a bad experience. The whole burrito was poorly made, it wasn’t even a big burrito and it all fell off. Can’t believe its a burrito place and can’t even roll a burrito. Felt like I was eating a bowl.

When I went a male worker went and squeezed my extra tortilla in a foil like a tube by the time I got home it was just a tube of crushed tortilla dough in foil!! NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!

This Chipotle seems to always be out of something. I stop here because it's convenient on the way home after I work out. There's been several times that they haven't had iced tea or lemonade stocked. It seems like management is indifferent about the service that's provided here.

Quesadilla to go looks like somebody rolled it up into a ball and threw it into the box. Chips and queso, but instead of queso they put in guacamole chips are stale kind of like their service.

I don't live In this side of town. I work all over the valley and usually bring food I meal prep to work. As luck would have It I did not bring food yesterday so I decided to get Chipotle since they have their limited time Carne Asada. The food was really good at this location and thankfully the woman who was wrapping burritos did a great job wrapping my burrito from yesterday as well as today. I normally struggle with something falling out as I am eating but not these two times. Honestly thought I added too much to my burritos but she proved me wrong. I definitely will be back in a week or two when I go back to that side of town to finish a job.

Not the most flavorful food and disagree with my system ... I haven't eaten at a Chipotle in years because of this. My friend said to try the pork, same effects. The place was nice and clean and the staff were great. Unfortunately, I'll not be back.

Girl was rude to the person in front of me just cause he was ordering 4 things and I guess that was annoying to her. Watched her give his 4 bowls the tiniest quickest scoops of chicken. Carried that attitude into my order and left me very confused. I asked for cheese lettuce and guac. She puts the cheese and then starts closing my bowl. I said excuse me like 6 times before she looked up and said “lettuce and guac i know!”

Your customer doesn’t know that you know if you are continuing to close their bowl and not looking up or acknowledging what they said at all to any degree whatsoever. LOL. Hilarious behavior. I was baffled. At least this time they didnt charge me for extra items i did not order 😆

Very rude customer service. Do not go to this chipotle

General manager here is terrible, they she made me pay for triple meat after i asked her to add a bit more because she barely put any. She did not even let me know until i was paying that i would have to pay triplw and she barely put any in there in the first place. I understand they are busy but this is no way to treat someone. All this after having me wait for the meat because they were out too!!

If i could give 0 stars I would the veggies were psychotically over salted like unbearable taste and my husband got food poisoning from his bowl, had to stick next to the toilet all day. Sad how much chipotle has gone downhill

Honestly, I like this location. The chips taste better. Never a long line when I go in. Plenty of seats/parking.

Why did you put my cup in the bag and then seal it with a sticker ? It’s for a fountain drink before I leave. Your attitude does not compliment the place at all. Not the African American girl. The white one. On July 26th 2025 at 8:40PM I went in for my online order and it wasn’t ready. They had to come get you from the back to help and when you did you did it with a bad attitude. And PUT MY CUP IN A SEALED BAG like if I wasn’t about to fill up. I tipped you. I wish I could take my money back. Because when I opened my plate you gave me about half of the servings I paid extra for.
