I walked in and employees were talking to their friends on the other side of the counter, as I walked up all of the employees that were up at the front of the area walked to the back. Short time later another employee came up to the front to take my order. They took my order, began making the burrito by just kind of flinging everything onto the tortilla. Then I asked for an item that they were apparently out of in that area. I can see that they had it over at their online order counter and asked if they could provide some from there. Their response was no we have to save that for online order. So you have imattentive employees who are more concerned with the chatting with their friends and showing them pictures on their phones then assisting customers, you have items that are not available because you've run out of them at the interior part of the restaurant yet when you have that item on your online order area you refuse to provide it to the person standing in front of you asking for that item because you MIGHT need it for an online order. Apparently customer service has gone by the Wayside

How is there a 20 minute wait in a line of cars that have all pre-ordered our food? What's the point of taking time to order online and arriving at the designated time only to wait for 20 minutes? I sat at the window for almost 5 minutes, being ignored by 8 employees. I could literally see my food sitting on the shelf, ready, with many other orders, getting cold.

The last 2 times I’ve come here there has been a young lady taking my order and she is so incredibly rude it blows my mind. They do not have name tags so I don’t know her name, she is African American with braids. The first time she was so mean and unwelcoming, the second time she was helping someone before us that didn’t know English and she literally rolled her eyes at them while giving them attitude. I’m so appalled by her behavior! If you don’t like your job then don’t work there!

The worst customer service I have encountered so far with Chipotle. Staff behaves as though they’re doing me a favor. It’s the other way around. We chose to patron your establishment. We are doing you a huge favor, considering there are several other eateries in this business corner. We will not return to this specific location ever. We will pass on our horrible experience to our friends and church family just up the street.

I've been here a few times and I feel a few small fixes can make this a good chipotle location. I usually have complaints about the food being overcooked and the staff being unfriendly but recently the food has been better. Giving it 2 stars since the staff always looks like they don't want to be there and they don't seem to stay on top of their prepped food and area.

I ordered chipotle delivery multiple times have had issues and never left a review. I left a note on my online order saying " Thank you!!" when I received my order there was many missing items. The note that came back on my order said "CAP" and was completely wrong with different items .Opposite beans, Extra pico , extra lettuce etc to where it was unedidable.

My boyfriend went to pick up our order and when he got there and asked the person in front said “oh yeah we havent made that yet” even though our pickup time was set. Was also told that they had no more chips or queso (really Chipotle) and they gave no refund after the fact. Got home and our bowls barely had food in them. Just truly terrible experience.
