Chipotle Mexican Grill

I frequently visit this location between 9 and 10 p.m., and they’re consistently out of key menu items. Tonight, they had no rice, only one type of meat, and the guacamole was brown. Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident—I come here often, and it’s a recurring issue at night. Even on the rare occasions when they do have ingredients, the quality is noticeably poor late at night.

If they struggle to keep food stocked or maintain quality, why stay open until 11 p.m.? I’m not arriving right before closing—I come in more than an hour before, yet the experience is always disappointing. Is this a logistics problem or a management issue?

My friends and I went in last night to grab dinner and were blown away by how kind everyone was, in particular Maddox who checked us out. He was really present, kind and provided such amazing service that we couldn’t help but notice. ❤️ Please let him & the others know … they are doing a wonderful job and making an impact with their interactions with customers. Thank you!!!

Worse portion size every and btw to anyone who doesn't see this trust me the owner only replies to some comments or the ones who give them 5 stars do not go to this chipotle unless u want 5 little pieces of chicken

This location gave the skimpiest portions of meat and rice I’ve seen in my life. When I asked if I could get more chicken the girl gave me one literal cube of chicken more. I asked if I could get more than one cube more and she said I’d have to pay extra. Okay that’s fine. Giving attitude when people can’t hear even though they’re blasting Eminem. Sorry you hate your job, but that’s not my fault. They were also out of cheese. I get that’s not their fault, but the awful service is.

Portion sizes range from normal, to literally 5 tiny pieces of chicken. Most employees, especially the take out ones, have really bad attitudes and will sit there talking as if you're inconveniencing them by picking up your food.

$34 for 2 burritos and a cup of queso? Last time I come here. Crazy but apparently I'm too broke to afford burritos. Also would he nice if the lady making my burritos would actually give me a good portion of meat. Local burrito places, here I come.

Always such great food, I absolutely love how much they give you, great price for an amazing portions. I do realize their burritos have definitely gotten smaller though.
