Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came here and I’m one of the few people left who actually still say please and thank you after every scoop. Unfortunately, they gave me attitude here when I asked for a side of queso, chimichurri sauce and dressing, as if I wasn’t willing to pay, it’s clearly not free and I did pay for it. Then they gave me the smallest scoops and slide my bag over to me and rushed me out. I know it’s lunch hour but the least you can do is show kindness especially since I was being extremely kind to you.
It doesn’t cost a thing to show appreciation.
Except a blonde gentlemen, was very kind to me, so thank you for having great customer service.

This is my go to chipotle after work at the end of the night and they are always so kind and make my bowl well whether it’s pick up or verbally ordered. This evening, 11/21, the team was incredibly kind and helpful helping me with my app when my order couldn’t be found. The team ensured that I was not only heard, but that I got my food quickly after the mix up with a smile and wishes for a good evening on my way out.

Went in when they first opened to grab a snack for my daughter while she was in the hospital. The chips were stale which means they reused them from the day prior. What a disappointment for the price they charge. I can't wait for Chipotles to start closing doors. I've had enough of them.

Worse Chipotle in Phoenix. 9/20/25 two girls at start line are some of the rudest ever. Small girl much worse. Disrespectful and terrible customer service

Ordered the new asada, paid extra for guac only to get home and realize I got about five pieces of asada, a sprinkle of lettuce and no guac :(

Messed up delivery order, didn't get half our order. Uber wouldn't take responsibility, and when trying to call the restaurant their AI answering system wouldn't connect me to the store for 15 minutes; when I finally convinced it that it was too stupid to understand the issue, the store didn't answer the phone, it rang until there was a message asking for a remote access code. Get rid of that awful phone system and let people actually answer the phones. And get the delivery people to verify they have full orders before they leave.

Staff was great and SUPER friendly! I will probably go here again, it is by a friend's house that is 30 minutes away from me. But they treated me so awesome I would visit again if I'm in the neighborhood!

i’m beyond angry and disappointed. first i get barely half a scoop of steak in my bowl and then secondly when i asked for a LITTLE BIT of pico even with a hand gesture for small she picks up a massive scoop without even straining it and plops it on my bowl ruining my shit before i could even stop her. waste of money👎👎👎

The rice was cold and hard, beans were hard, lettuce looked old, the chicken was very chewy 🤢, and so forth, not good comments. Got one of the orders wrong. So had to buy three bowls instead of two. Very expensive, for food that was thrown away, after maybe about a third was eaten. Waste of money. 😠 The staff don't listen very well. And on the rude, snobby side. Like if i was a bother and wasting their time. It was may first time there. And my last!!! I'm being alil too generous with the stars.

The ladies there were efficient and super nice and the food was on point .Definitely be back there next week for sure 🙌 😀 👌

Love the service met a girl who helped me her name was Selena she hade fabulous makeup great customer service she was fast passed hard working great health I look forward to coming in and seeing Selena again to have another grate experience with the fresh food and hard worker thx chipotle and thank u Selena see u soon
