Seriously, can this place stop hiring kids who don't give a shit about their work. I got food just now from this place and my chicken was old and dry, and I got a large bag of chips and the bag was less than 1/4 full. I worked at Chipotle, you are supposed to weight each bag when you make them in the morning and clearly these people at this location don't give a shit, they are more concerned about being on their cell phones vs doing any quality work. This is what you get when you hire young people, they only care about what's going on in social media and phones need to be banned from the work place 100%, this is insane how these people get hired and no one does anything about it.

Speedy Gonzales must work here, order some food during my lunch break the younger gentleman with blonde hair (didn't get his name) was super sweet and I was fine with him. However, he was cut off by someone else and I could barely even order because I felt so rushed. My order was incorrect and the guy that took over just speed through everything. I could barely get a word in. Heavy on the guacamole like he but the whole spoonful onto the little taco. He didnt ecen ask if it was for here or to go
becauae he was in such a rush. There was barely any meat, the meat that was on there was fatty and I bit into a bone. The girl that handed me the bag didn't even look at me just quickly wrapped my food up and dropped it onto the counter. Defiantly won't be going to this location anymore. I don't wanna feel rushed or like I need to make a quick decision for my food. At least the first guy he seemed pretty chill and we vibed nicely. I wish he had finished my order than maybe I would have actually enjoyed my lunch. I think you need to train some of those other people how to slow down a little and not rush everyone.

Ordered the most expensive burrito with smoked brisket... it came with little to NO actual meat. The little bits they did put in, is CLEARLY not fresh. The tiny pieces they put in are hard and distasteful. Just rice, beans, and veggies for like $30 (delivered).
Never again.
Ps: every other time ive ordered, its been great. So ill leave 3 star

WOW, our order was terrible. The steak burrito was a pile of gristle and fat. My wife had to spit it into the toilet. Unbelievable.

Previous comments all 100% accurate. This was the only chipotle I’d go to but the staff is completely disrespectful and passive aggressive including the supervisors. I went in last night to order some dinner for me and my family and instead got greeted with the lady preparing my food, throwing everything together on my quesadilla and balling it up and then making comments about how she’s sorry for me when I spoke to the cashier and said I wanted my food double checked before I paid for my order. After attempting to speak with the supervisor, he then told me I can go somewhere else if I wanted a new order made because the food is still melted cheese regardless if it wasn’t made properly. Then he tells me they have no phone number for corporate, a lie, and I have to google a way to contact them.. then as I’m walking out the same employee is still making comments as the manager stood by her side saying nothing! Ridiculous that that’s how yall treat people and it’s disheartening. I didn’t come in there to cause issues. I usually come in and crack jokes with the employees but that’s obviously their new norm so it’s fine, I won’t shop chipotle anymore. I won’t be humiliated and disrespected somewhere I’m giving my money.

When I asked one of the Hispanic women working there (she's short and has dyed reddish hair) to add more veggies, she gave a disapproving look that annoyed me as she had put very little veggies on my bowl. Very sulky woman. Plus the food was the saltiest I've had at any Chipotle.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had ever.
The atmosphere was horrible, rushed and just overwhelming. The servers were the worst, pushing you through like cattle going down a feeding belt. They gave you no time to speak on what you actually wanted, they just yelled options at you and ignored you. At the end of it all my food was just slopped in our bowel looking like hot garbage with a capital Trash.

Employees here are absolutely trash. Literally holding food in her hand talking to her coworker while customers are waiting. Then hands me the wrong food. Service super slow. Employees just lounging around not doing anything. Absolutely trash!

What is going on with Chipotle lately! This is the second time I had issues with how I want my burrito. The staff were busy today... I get it BUT when I request half of a spoon of rice and the steak and guac then that's what I should get... without the rolling eyes and puffing like it's a problem!! This is completely unacceptable! All rice, barely any steak. Not happy
