Why do I have to watch 5 customers walk in have their food made and wait for my pick up order for 15 minutes.
The lady with blue hair honestly has the worst attitude and I just don’t wanna come to this location no more like they really need her to fix that attitude of hers or get her off the register. She does not have good customer service whatsoever.
I came in at 9:40 and they didn’t have any chicken or brown rice or queso blanco. I told her that I was looking to get a chicken burrito They’re like well we’re not making anything more for the night even though they don’t close for another hour and a half I don’t understand how that works. What the heck are you guys gonna be doing for an hour and a half then? Honestly ridiculous service and they were very rude about it and just dismissed me like I was nothing. I see all the negative reviews and I’m not shocked at all. This place has gone down hill. Lazy workers.

I am visiting from Florida and had to Uber Eats my order. I ordered Barbacoa tacos and on my first bite, I bit into a huge chunk of bone. I reached out to Chipotle customer care and they refused to do anything and told me to reach out to Uber Eats. Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never had a bad experience with Chipotle until I came across this location. Zero accountability!!! Take your money elsewhere! There’s a reason they have a 3.9 rating.

Terrible service they wouldn’t allow me to use my points and then proceeded to walk away and not help? I literally had to holler at them from the back when they left the cashier that I needed to check out still? They seemed all out of it … on something? Very odd behavior no customer service nor professional
I believe the women’s name was Ahmaila, she was so nice and so sweet. Just wanted to let her know she’s doing a great job & i really appreciated her. ♥️

Probably the best chipotle in the valley! The staff are kind and friendly and masters at wrapping double wrap burritos. Thanks yall!

I always visit this location but today was a bad experience. The employees are all rude. I was next in line to order and was completely ignored as I’m standing right in front of him. They don’t even give you the correct portions on the protein. It was slow while we were there and yet Ice machine was out of ice, absolutely no napkins and they didn’t even bother on restocking it.

The food is good but the service is not. the 3 people making the burrito wasn't nice, I'm not usually eating there so I don't know the menu looks like or expecting to know what kind a meat they have. they speak like in a hurry too, I tell what I want and everything was wrong in my burrito and they give the looks like they don't care, I won't be coming back again.

Seriously, can this place stop hiring kids who don't give a shit about their work. I got food just now from this place and my chicken was old and dry, and I got a large bag of chips and the bag was less than 1/4 full. I worked at Chipotle, you are supposed to weight each bag when you make them in the morning and clearly these people at this location don't give a shit, they are more concerned about being on their cell phones vs doing any quality work. This is what you get when you hire young people, they only care about what's going on in social media and phones need to be banned from the work place 100%, this is insane how these people get hired and no one does anything about it.
