Worst Experience ever, I've came to this location several times, eveytime it's worser then before, I will not be going back to this location, The staff is rude, the don't speak nor do the listen when you placing your order., I have to construct repeat myself.....I'm just So Dissatisfied with this locations..PERIOD

never in my life have i ever gotten such small proportions for everything. when i asked for a tiny bit more they asked if i wanted double. no i want a full portion like how it looks on the website. not some fragments of chicken on a sliver of beans and rice

As always, the restaurant was clean, not too long of a line. There was great music going, like I was at my girlfriend's house for Mimosas! And like always, the smell of the chicken cooking had me salivating!

Worst Chipotle by a mile. I repeatedly order chipotle from several locations but I have had numerous errors only at this location. It is so frustrating that they can’t figure out how to put chips in with the order. I have not gotten chips on my last three orders and have complained previous times. I pay for delivery so it does nothing when I just get credit for chips on next order which I will again use and they will again forget. On this last order with my bowl I ordered a side of chips and an additional side of large chips and Queso. Again no chips but queso and bowl. This is a very simple problem to fix but seems this store is not run very well.

Unprofessional environment, no one working with sense of urgency. 1150 am, chef can be seen eating food over stove, no lines but no orders bring made. Someone came after me and got there food before me, while I had been waiting. Lack of hygiene management near food is irresponsible.
