They always charge the higher meat vs what you got exactly. They also gave me steak when l asked for carne asada. They claim they didn't have any and only had steak. Then why didn't you tell me that vs assuming that l wanted steak. I stopped liking this location a while back but since my job is over here l decided to give them another chance and remembered why l stop going in the first place. Check your receipt and make sure they are charging you correctly. Just give me what l asl for and charge me correctly š¤¦š½āāļø.
They are also stingy with the portions of meat they give you but still charge for dbl meat when it wasn't dbl at all. Never going back to this location ever!!!!!

If I could do zero stars, you bet your bottom I would. The employees absolutely didn't care about being at least somewhat decent at their job. The person serving the rice and meat seemed to either have an actual hearing problem or just refused to listen. Horrible experience every time I go in, I do not recommend this location.

I changed My review!! I really thought it would get better here, but it hasnāt!! I really hate this chipotle every time I come they are so rude and mean! Tonight is my last time!! Tonight I started off with is lady she had such a nasty attitude but the register lady was nice! This chipotle used to be the bomb. The servers were nice. They would smile at you they would greet you, but now I donāt know if different management has taken over but it is such a horrible experience!! I know during the day there is this white lady at the register as sometimes thereās this white guy managing I guess and it is horrible. The attitude is horrible. It is just horrible and customer service has gotten so bad and after a long day of teaching second graders and managing after school tutoring I wanna just come into some happy grown-up faces, but I get Grumpy old troll faces itās ridiculous!! But I guarantee you I will not be back at this one. I donāt care how close it is to my house Ill go somewhere else.

I'm glad I didn't get food poisoning like their location on Northern near the 17! My son in law swore off Chipotle! So sad!
I want to start off by saying that this is the first review I have ever written and itās only because I never leave this location without feeling annoyed.
This store always does the absolute most when it comes to charging extra and they donāt even fufill what theyāre charging for such as double meat.
I usually get a kids meal at literally any location bc I never finish a bowl in a sitting and I have alwaysss been charged $1.50 for sides which I understand however this is the first time someone tries to charge me almost $6 for just a bit of cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
Why would I pay the same amount Iām paying for my actual food?? The employee seemed so excited and happy to be charging me which Iām sure stems from a trend i remember seeing on tik tok, but everyoneās not trying to cheat the damn prices some people are just trying to not waste money or FOOD.
Also the meat was dry and she didnāt give me the chips that came with my kids meal. She has time to focus on the side prices but not enough to make sure everything is in the bag, we love that. Go to any chipotle location but this oneā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø
