They always give you good portions and service is always great. 19th and and Baseline needs to come take notes from this store. 19th ave is closer to me but I would rather make the drive to this store. They never miss!

For starters, I have been fan of chipotle and its brand, but there are some locations I have found, need a touch up. This location’s atmosphere and overall experience is not bad but my complaints start with the employees. I understand it’s not the most glamorous job but a little customer service with a sub par smile would be most appreciative. Now on to the food, overall it’s not bad, but I do have a serious issue when it’s comes to the guac. It is really not that hard to make guac, I mean come on, it’s really not. I had 3 pieces of the avocado peal in one cup! Guys, it’s a black peal, it’s pretty obvious when a massive chunk is in the mix. I will however end on a positive note. The area around the location is not the best and I must say I am happy with the cleanliness and decent customer service dealing with the people coming in and out of the doors, hence my understanding. I would be more inclined to improve my rating if the guac had a touch of professionalism.

I’ve been to multiple Chipotle chains and this location was pretty mid. The kitchen looked dirty which wasn’t appeasing to the eye. Their sauce and fountain drink station was also dirty and not stocked. And unfortunately, when my boyfriend was about halfway through his burrito, he found a hair in his food.
Won't ever return to this Chipotle location. Got served probably half of what they regularly served. Even when I mentioned it they didn't care.

I drive past a Chipotle closer to my home to come to this one. The food is consistently fresh and good, and the staff cares about the customer experience. It's a big location and it is always clean. Totally worth driving the extra 4 miles to me.
