Very disappointed in my service. A lady that claimed she was the manager was very rude & not helpful at all! Charged me for salsa and toppings on my kids meals. She told me I could “easily get an adult meal because kids are supposed to eat their tacos with nothing” like what?? My kids like toppings and salsa and the kids meal COMES WITH CHIPS. She was also very rude to her own employees. Hello?! Where’s the customer service?! If you don’t like ur job get a different one!

Don't order online from this Chipotle! The people making the food never read the order right. Last time one entree was incorrect, my order tonight had 2 of 4 incorrect and the chips they serve are so stale. Go to another Chipotle!

Terrible experience. Ordered kid’s meals and was charged for their protein as “extra”. They refused to fix this issue and refund me the overcharge. Complete scammers. I would avoid this location or check your receipt. I paid $10 for each kids meal. Absolutely ridiculous.

I came to have a nice post workout meal and little did I know that I would have ran into my superhero Abe. Abraham has help me through so much in life it's a true honor just knowing him, I didn't expect to see him working here but when I did it brought me so much delight and joy, he attended me with such pleasure not only is he good over the counter but in bed also. He will treat you with so much respect and honesty that he'll tell you if you look good in a dress or not. Knowing him is the best thing that can happen to you because not only did help me with my food but he helped me through my struggles of addiction, he was there for me when no one was. He was there for me for my addiction and was there for me when my dog ran away.. he took time out of his day to help me look through half of phoenix for my dog and he did it, he found him! This is my favorite Chipotle! They have the BEST employees. Always welcoming and they greet you. Plus, my food is always on point! Every other Chipotle lacks customer service and food quality, so I drive about 25 minutes just to come here. Keep up the amazing work!
