Chipotle Mexican Grill

Best way to eat here is ordering online through the app beforehand and picking it up and taking it to go. I always prefer having the bowls this time they were. It was extremely fresh and was amazing. However, my partner ordered a burrito and by the time I got back to the house, the tortilla was soggy and dripping and had to eat as a bowl anyway so he didn’t want that so FYI.

I went in and ordered a salad, specifically for the dressing. They made my salad and I asked for the dressing and stated they ran out. Why not tell the customer they are out prior to ordering?! I would have ordered something else. The small things are major!

Dirty, unorganized and hair was in my food

Came in to get food. No meat left. No fajita veggies etc. looked like they just wanted to go home. Wasn’t even willing to make fresh food.

I was given the wrong order, realized this when I got home, called customer service and she basically said it was my fault for not checking my food before leaving, horrible outcome. They said there was nothing to be done.

Chipotle, do better.

I come here often and it just seems like there's some ppl who just don't seem to want to work here. And it's probably a good thing they don't wear name tags or I'll be calling this person out by name. But she should work the back not taking orders it seems like she's rather not be there.

This was my go-to meal while working from home. In recent visits, taste has been missing. The red salsa is extremely over powering, it's nowhere near what you get from any other chipotle. Color alone is extremely dark. The chicken has no taste, isn't there supposed to be a chipotle flavor. The pico no taste...where's the lime and silantro?

The family as a whole has stopped eating here. What happened in Dec-Nov period, did we change management because this ship is sinking. I now visit Chipotle only when I'm in the office at another location.

Please take this criticism at heart and make the necessary steps to bring back the flavor. This rating represents me caring and wanting to come back to this location.

I stopped by Chipotle today expecting a decent meal, but it turned into a disaster. First, they were out of white rice, chicken, AND sour cream—basically the essentials of 90% of their menu. To top it off, they had no napkins, which was the cherry on top of this mess.

What really blew my mind was the lack of staff. There was ONE overwhelmed young lady trying her best to manage everything while the rest of the team hung out in the back, seemingly oblivious to the chaos. I could even see some of them with earbuds in, completely ignoring the fact that the restaurant was full of customers.

It was painful to watch this poor employee take the brunt of all the frustration from customers who, frankly, had every right to be upset. How does a place that’s supposed to operate like a restaurant fail so spectacularly at having the most basic ingredients and customer service? Absolute failure all around.

Avoid this location unless you want to leave annoyed and empty-handed.

Burnt brisket. Staff very rude and disrespectful and laughed when I asked why the brisket was burnt and hard. Do better Laveen Chipotle, sad I have to so to Chandler for good food and service.

Chips are always so salty and stale they weren't edible.

They won't let you walk in and order the last hour they're open?! Online orders only? So you can order online and wait in your car to pick it up, but you can't actually order in person. WTH is up with this place?
