Ordered a big burrito and a salad bowl. The burrito was twice the weight as the salad bowl, but they put the salad bowl below the burrito. By the time I got home the salad was smashed with sauces coming out through the bag. Bagging skills need to be improved here. Also found a bone in my chicken burrito. This is unacceptable. Service needs to be improved here.

Every time I go in there there's no napkins. There's no straws. The place is filthy. Just not a good place to go and eat. Some of the staff are really friendly. Most of them are not. They give you attitudes. I was there literally today. As for asada and literally literally there was 10 pieces of meat I asked. Is there any way you can put more on there? She said if I want double the meat I do not recommend to go here. It is a very very bad place

Beware of food poisoning! I normally don't write reviews for fast food restaurants. Its either a hit or miss and if I didn't like my food I don't go back. However I will give a warning for this location. Yesterday 8/8/25 my husband brought me a Chipotle honey chicken burrito bowl. It had pretty much everything in it except the fajita veggies. Something tasted different from other locations but I couldn't tell what it was. Within 10 minutes of finishing the bowl my stomach began to hurt and felt like it was in knots. I instantly became sick with nausea, vomiting and using the bathroom. I ordered the chicken and my husband had the steak and he didn't get sick. That was the only difference in our meals. Eat at this location at your own risk. I'm still feeling the effects of the food poisoning today.

Guys you need to do better. Went in and order a quesadilla to receive 1/4 of my tortilla only had cheese and it wasn’t even melted. The Crunchwrap style is not working please go back to making regular quesadillas. There is no reason why I paid almost $10 for a plain tortilla and like a tablespoon of cheese.

Can the employees let everyone in line know they are out of chicken and rice before we wait in line for 10 minutes.

Went to this location on 7/2 around 7:15 pm. The young girl working the counter was making everybody’s food probably 3-4 people in front of us ordering. The old man in front of us is next up. She tells him something and then he walks off so i was confused. I walk up with my girl and she says there’s a 30 min wait. I ask her “wait for what?” She just gives me a smirk and says to make our food. I ask what food? We didn’t say what we wanted. She just stares at us and says nothing.

So I just leave. She refused to serve us. I go out to my car and watch. Three separate people walk in like 2 mins later and she begins taking his order and building his burrito. She just deliberately didn’t want to serve the old man and us. Told us to basically leave for no reason. FYI you got workers who are basically telling customers to kick rocks.

Besides getting a uniform discount at this location, their food is superb! Most chipotles Barbacoa has some weird fat or nasty after taste. NOT HERE. This stuff literally falls apart and taste so good. Pico? Beyond fresh! Rice? Soft and amazing.

10/10 at this chipotle. 🤝

Woohoo!! thank you for the Normal good size portion!!! Ill be coming back to this location for sure, the one on 19th Ave has extremely small portions. You just earned a repetitive customer
