Choon Authentic Mexican Burritos

First off I said I want a ground beef burrito not a roach burrito ??? This morning, I ordered a burrito from this location However, there was a Bug in the overcooked meat I thought I was Trippin but it turns out it was a bug ???

I literally told them I didn’t want to order a burrito from their location and they still made it in charge us anyways I didn’t notice until after the fact, and I got home and realized there’s a burrito in my wife’s bag. I did not want to order one from their location I’d rather eat one from Super Oscars cause at least it taste good from there. They’re too busy talking and making fun of people in the back and not paying attention when they’re taking an order. ?‍♂️

Great food. Staff pleasant and efficient, despite the language barrier. First time I went they had nice paper menus, which were a great help. Paper menus now absent for past week, and the electronic video menu is not as complete, and not up to date.

No rest room, either; that's a big minus. I can understand, since for some reason the Mexican places in Phoenix seem to end up with vandalized rest rooms much too regularly.

The truth is that they go from bad to worse and they don't even give you sauces. The donkeys get smaller and smaller. I was a regular customer. I think I won't be back and I recommend that you don't go until they do things right again.

I don't know the name of the girl with the tattoos who is the cashier, but I have to say that she has very good customer service, very friendly and professional, she greeted me with a good morning and was very respectful. and the burritos are delicious, I recommend them ?

It's not like when they started.
Not like when they first started.

First of all, they never have anything, be it green shredded, barbecue, today it was red shredded (it was just 1 in the afternoon), they barely had green for ONE burrito...oh and they didn't put beans...(because roe) ?)

They always run out of something by lunchtime, be it green meat, barbacoa, Today it was red meat at 1 pm, they barely had enough for 1 green today..and they didn't add beans per request..laziness perhaps?

Today's excuse "we had a big order", the manager lady was very defensive.

The quality of tortillas has dropped. More Sonora style than Chihuahua...which isn't...CHoon?
The tortilla quality lacks now, very see through and thin Sonoron style instead of thick floury like Chihuahua...aint it..CHoon?

They don't even fill the barbecue jars anymore.
They don't fill the $20-50 tubs of barbecue either.
