Very bad first experience. Went in and the music is BLASTING can’t even make out when they ask “what would you like?” While making the item requested (1 item order) she asked a question couldn’t hear her so I said “sorry what was that?” Turned to look at coworker and started laughing VERY unprofessional didn’t get names but it was 2 ladies 1 with red hair and tattoos the other with blonde highlights… so sad as I thought there was great variety in items

Stopped by this place wanting something sweet to snack on and I should have just stopped at sonic this place was definitely not worth what I spent! Only good thing that I got at this place was the agua frescas I’d definitely say I’m not coming back.

Really bad service! Straight faces. they didn't want to work. We asked questions about the snacks and they answered with a really bad attitude they were bothered that we didn't know the ingredients, which is dumb because not every mexican know every ingredient. 3-4 women working and non of them will respond with a good attitude. I was struggling to explain my man the snacks because he only speaks english and the blonde cashier would ignore us instead of helping him out. When we paid she even laughed at us and started speaking english.

Honestly the best place in Phoenix, I love calling and picking up. It's usually full, I guess it's because of how delicious it is. The ceviche and raspados are like in Sinaloa, the girls who serve are super friendly.
