Very clean and safe place to take your kids to play eat & have fun
Well I guess we went on a good day and a good hour because my little 3 year old granddaughter had the whole place to herself for about 2 hrs. We went on a Monday at 12 noon. The staff were wonderful and the pizza not bad although it is a little pricey. My granddaughter had a blast. She can't stop talking about it.
Kids had fun. Very clean place compared to other places.
A little more expensive than Peter Piper Pizza but it was a good birthday party for the kids.
Took my grandkids here and they loved it❤️
My family regularly go here. The staff is always friendly!
Inside of the building is nice.
The pizza is as to be expected.
The birthday play package is better than Peter Piper.
Location is pretty scary.
Came on a Thursday so it wasn’t too busy for my son’s 2nd birthday. The cashier Mariah was super nice and made some great suggestions for our tiny party of 6 ppl. The food came out ima. Timely manner the price for what we got was worth it cuz along with the kids some of the adults were alao having an amazing time and we left with many points left to play with. Haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese in many years and brining my baby and his cousin was super nostalgic. My family had a great time and hopefully Mariah is there the next time we come.
Kids came for a birthday party and had a blast! Mariah was amazing and took great care of us.
I love this place. I had my daughters birthday party here and everything was set up so nicely and the pizza came out just in time, the staff was super attentive and helpful. Definitely will be booking next years bday here too!! Everything is always clean and the customer service is excellent. Me and my daughter come here at least once a month
Restaurantji Recommends
Staff is rude and the food is overly priced. The pizza is so thin, it makes a thin crust look thick. $20 for a large cheese pizza. Not to mention, the game prices are expensive as well. Peter piper pizza is way better for your fun and money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
They could have a few better games for older kids and most of all drop your prices by half so families will come back and have more parties or visits to Chucky Cheese!
It was definitely fun for the kids but it was a horrible experience for me I over paid for a birthday party and the experience was horrible the service sucked they didn’t even add my sons name on our table brought our pizza to us after most of guest had left already.
I just recently moved here to phoenix and being able to have the pass to come whenever is a life savor! My daughter specifically loves the trampoline and Abby and Ali are always SO helpful and amazing! They treat my daughter like she’s their own!!
Took my kid here for his birthday, and we had such a great time! I haven’t been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was about five or six, and wow—this location has really been revamped. Everything was clean, bright, and fun. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable.
