To be completely honest, I would pass on this location. The wait to get signed in for my fun pass was long, and my kids became antsy. I was understanding when I thought only one person was running the front, BUT then, like 5 more people came from the back, and no one helped. The poor manager, mariah, was trying her best, but her team didn't have her back. The facility was in acceptable condition, but the service and lack of team support ruined our experience.

The kids enjoyed their time here, but we were pretty surprised by the prices! My husband went cheap and ordered the boneless wings (12pieces for $24 vs 12 pieces for $30). He doesn't like boneless wings because what are they actually made of? Needless to say, he did not enjoy them. And they only came with 2 pieces of celery.
If you're looking for an arcade to entertain your kids, Dave and Busters is actually comparable in price and they have better/cheaper food options nearby.

Came in Saturday for my son’s birthday party. I payed for 2 hours on table and free play. I waited in line for 30 minutes while all the workers were running around looking for a specific person.. we get in line next the lady then proceeds to say that was a long conversation at thanks for waiting. Once at our table we were then rushed to do multiple things back to back . We were rushed off our table and lied to about there being a party right after ours. We called the manager to the table and manager lied about us waiting in line while assisting another customer. Someone else was then called out and she was very rude didn’t care that we were scammed out of 30 minutes out of our party. Overall this place was very unprofessional and lots of little kids working there. Yall really need to step it up and be more professional… DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED OUT YOUR MONEH! Simple

I’ve been waiting for my pizza for an hour. Everybody who came after me already got their pizza. There’s some giant 400 pound lady walking around like a zombie not helping anybody. They got 10 employees three registers and one girl working paid for the trampoline pass they haven’t opened the trampoline yet. We only good thing is there’s no salad and a salad bar. The wings are still frozen and everybody standing up the window, wondering what the heck’s going on

I'm not one to complain... but from the moment we arrived things felt off. I was greeted by a very friendly young woman and was given so.s great advice on what I should purchase to best accommodate our 4 year old. I wanted to get my wife a beer and couldn't. I have no idea why. They said come back later. It was odd. We purchased the trampoline wrist band. It was locked. The sign says see an attendant for access so I went to ask. They told me not right now because there's a birthday going on. A birthday we were not in any way associated with. I complied and was friendly and waited about 20 minutes for that and the show to end. I asked again and waited at the trampoline. Nobody came. I asked again and waited. No body came. My wife went to ask. No body came. I asked one more time and no body came. I went to ask for a simple refund to my card for the trampoline pass. I guess other people had also been asking. Somebody finally came to open it for the kids. Again, I'm very patient and not one to gripe. This was wild. Over an hour waiting for the trampoline to be opened. I think the staff here might be stretched a little thin. Overall, they were very polite. We drove in from Flagstaff to take our son here. I can't say we will be back. Perhaps they were just having an off day.

Just had a Birthday party for my 4 year old. Staff was great, very friendly and checked in often. I did feel like when Chucke came out it was kind of rushed. We had to share him with another party so they did the dance and then went to the other table and when he came to us we got to take one picture and he was kind of rushed away which sucked. The birthday package of 6 was on the affordable side. $99 for 6 kids which included their drinks and 2 hours of play time. The food was pricey, adding 4 pizzas and 5 drinks shot the price up to $190. They added the trampoline area which you had to my pay extra for and requires a certain height so I spent the whole time with my 4 year old asking to jump and he couldn't because he was somehow to short so that was a bummer. The games barely give you any tickets (1-2) so it takes forever to make enough for something decent at the prise counter.

Hello, I worked as a security guard here. I worked Monday-Friday, five nights. Man, I LOVE this place. The food is fantastic, the service is fantastic, and the atmosphere is fantastic times 2!!! So great this place is... However... During those 5 nights I worked at, the animatronics did get a bit quirky at night. Chucky, he'd wander the halls. He got close to my door one time...
